Large bright home on the 1st floor of our villa (stairwell to the 1st floor), on quiet and peaceful residential road. Not suitable for families with young children (children under 8 years old) Private entrance. Large bedroom w/double bed, small sofa and TV. Large living room with small kitchenette, fridge and sink, it is not possible to cook hot food. Large double bed in corner of living room, couch, armchairs, coffee tables, TV. Exit to balcony with view. Private bathroom, toilet + sink. Helpful neighbors if we as owner are away.

Charming house in a rural setting

Cozy house on large plot in rural surroundings, the house is renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains large angular living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back hallway and hallway. 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and on the repos there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workspace. The house is located on large natural plot with possibility of outdoor activities, nice closed terrace, and good possibility of parking on large gravel paved courtyard.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. (Living area about 75 m2) The apartment is a ground floor-apartment , but you have to use an outdoor or indoor staircase. There is a lovely view to the garden from both bedrooms.
