Tranum's farmhouse

Tranum's farmhouse can be found in Norra Lundby just outside Axvall. Surrounded by fields is the white villa of 170 square meters on three floors and a large garden. Here you get a unique chance to stay in a rural environment a stone's throw from Hornborgasjön in beautiful Valle. There are a number of nice places to visit nearby. Bring your friends or family and stay with us during your stay. We currently offer up to 12 beds, a fully equipped kitchen and many lovely socializing areas.

Stunning baronial hunting lodge for up to 4 on idyllic historic estate "Alvasjön" in the middle of the forest next to Sweden's largest private lake. Surrounded by one of Sweden's most beautiful nature reserves and best sport fishing areas. Fantastic swimming, walking, cycling, canoeing and blueberry picking and mushrooming in a serene and beautiful environment. Use (at own risk) of rowing boats, canoes and mountain bikes. Please note that the shower is an outside shower.

Big apartment right by the lake

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the large house with its own entrance. It has three double rooms with room for six overnight guests and a large living room with space for two more. All bedrooms have windows facing the lake. You have access to a private beach with a wood-fired sauna and fishing in the lake. There are also good opportunities for walking, running and cycling tours in the surrounding area and the forest.

The cottage is directly adjacent to the Vänerleden and 1.5 km away connects to the Biosfärleden. Proximity to Kinnekulle's hiking trails, mountain bike tracks and cultural attractions. Both Skara Sommarland and Läckö Castle are within a few miles.

The stay here is described by guests as fantastic, beautiful and soothing. You live close to nature with the opportunity to both sunbathe on the private veranda, swim in the lake, borrow the boats for a fishing trip or rent kayaks. Welcome to this great place with lots of room both inside and out. The cottage is a wing building to our residential house on our property. In the large garden, there is a barbecue area, swings and a playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Also nearby are Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.
