Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home at the end of the road. You live in the countryside but in 15 minutes by car can take you to the city of Skövde which has everything you might need. On the balcony, there is a barbecue and seating. Inside, you will find bathtubs, fireplaces and amenities such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, etc. There are 7 beds distributed in 4 bedrooms, where one of the rooms has a double bed, two rooms with 2 single beds in each and one room with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. On a sunny day, it is perfect for a nice breakfast out on the terrace that you end with a large barbecue in the evening. By car you have only 10 minutes to the nearest lake, golf course and city center to experience Skövde in the best way. If the children want to play, there is a playground and soccer field 100 meters away. In the area there are, for example, grocery store, pizzeria, gym, padel and Stella's playland.

My "cottage" is located 1 mile outside the center of Skövde. Skara Sommarland you find 2.8 miles away. Paddle courts, hop n pop and jump yard can be found within 6 km. Billingeberget offers a slalom slope, cross-country skiing, ice skating, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, outdoor swimming as well as a bike park for kids. Billingen you get to by car in 12 minutes. Skövde Adventure bath can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Gästrum på 35 kvm med integrerad kök och separat badrum/toalett. Det ligger omgivet av träd och grönska, med några torp i närheten som används som semesterbostad, samt fastboende. Det finns sofa, matplats ,en enkelsäng, samt en ihopfällbar gästsäng. Takhöjden är 215 cm, det finns några balkar i taket, där takhöjden är ca 183 cm . Gästlägenheten finns på 1.a våning. På 2.a våning finns ytterligare ett Airbnb boende.

Welcome to this amazing place with lots of space both inside and out. The cottage is a wing building to our residential home on our property. In the large garden there is a barbecue area, swings and playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Nearby is also Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.

A former meierei has been refurbished and is available for guests from the spring of 2023. In old walls, three bedrooms were stylishly integrated, one of which was an open gallery with an overall Ceiling height of over 6 meters in the open ridge. Two bathrooms, one with shower and one with shower tub allow the stay of up to two families. A large balcony facing south completes the apartment.

Welcome home to my house in the summer cottage area of Simsjön, located just outside Skövde. Here you have the forest as your closest neighbor, with a spacious balcony of 120 square meters with both a pool and a hot tub. 150 meters away, you can reach the swimming area for those who want to take a swim in the lake. The house sleeps 4 people. One bedroom with a double bed, one sofa bed.
