You live in my house which is a 1 storey villa with basement and with 7 rooms and kitchen. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, living room, 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. In the basement there is a living room, a dorm, laundry room with shower and a WC. There are outdoor barbecue and garden furniture. A cozy little newly renovated cottage of about 50m2 with kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed and toilet with shower. The house is located in Eggby, about 10 minutes' drive to Axevalla racecourse, Skara summerland, Varnhem monastery church and Hornborgasjön. Walking distance to swimming and proximity to nature and bike trails. 300 meters to a 24/7 store. There is 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 child's bed. Bring your own hygiene items, sheets and towels. Pets allowed. Smoking inside not allowed.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Close to both outdoor life and city. Hike along the Billing Trail, activate yourself in Billingen's outdoor area, enjoy yourself at Skara Sommarland, swim in one of many lakes or just stay here in the house and garden and enjoy a quiet and comfortable day. It has plenty of space for play and socializing. Two extra beds are available. Also possibility to borrow a washing machine. In summer, sheep go in the pasture directly adjacent to the garden.

Billingeberget offers a slalom slope, cross-country skiing, ice skating, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, fishing, outdoor swimming as well as a bike park for kids. Billingen you get to by car in 12 minutes. Skövde Adventure bath can be reached by car in 10 minutes.

Welcome to this amazing place with lots of space both inside and out. The cottage is a wing building to our residential home on our property. In the large garden there is a barbecue area, swings and playhouse as well as a pond. The cottage is within walking distance of a nature reserve with hiking trails. Nearby is also Hornborgasjön, Skara summerland, historic Varnhem, Grevagården's equestrian center, etc.
