Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. A simple and cozy room close to the sea, the station, forest and Båstad. Please note that the room is simple and small, about 10 sqm including bathroom and kitchenette. The accommodation is especially suitable for one person but there is opportunity for stay for two people. The area is very calm with no notable traffic. For those who want to get away from the car, there are bicycles for rent. From the fall to early summer, the space can be used as a student accommodation at a very greatly reduced price.
