Central heating system. Oil and electricity - meter is read on arrival and the consumption is paid directly to the host. Wi-Fi - Internet. TV. A nice newer family-friendly year-round cottage in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. There is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and WiFi that covers the entire 3000 m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is on Saturday. There may be some insects at times.

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the heart of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but has been newly renovated in respect of the house's long history. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sand-colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall holds plenty of coziness, nooks and crannies and stories.

Relax with the whole family in this log cabin, which oozes coziness and warmth with oak plank table, bench, comfortable furniture, only 5 km from City South and 9 km from Aalborg Center. The log cabin is well hidden from the road between the trees right next to the Poulstrup Lake area. Immediately outside the door are marked hiking trails, and close to MTB trails and bridle paths. Possibility of grass paddocks for horses within 1 km. Ørnhøj Golf Club is only 8 km away and 20 km to Rold Skov Golf Club.

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!
