Loved our stay here.....just what we wanted. Secluded, quiet, clean, comfortable and perfect for a couple of dogs to come too! We loved it!

Great stay once again! Lovely hosts, very easy check in, this place is perfect for our family… spacious, clean and lovely little garden area! Pool table is a brilliant treat!!

This is a lovely cottage, which used to be the village Post Office and shop, set in a very tranquil rural setting but very easy to access for Hull and many places of interest on the East Coast - Hornsea 20 minute drive, Spurn Point 45 minutes. Sue was a very good host who was extremely helpful and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped and the whole cottage was very comfortable. There is access to a garden space with seating. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage if you are visiting Hull or the East Coast; we will definitely return.

Beautifully appointed with a lovely relaxed feel. It was nice and clean throughout and we felt at home straight away. The double bed was amazingly comfortable as was the sofa. The hot tub was well maintained and we used it throughout our stay and the wifi was fast. Having the pub so close was very handy and it was great to have the garden center right next door. An ideal spot to walk the Trans Pennine Trail. One warning for those wanting to use public transport, the local buses do not stop at the site and you will have to walk from one of the villages either side. Melanie was very quick to get back to us on a query we had which was so helpful. We have had a fabulous time away in a home from home and would highly recommend.
