Undisturbed location 25 meters to water. Outside there is a terrace on two sides of the cabin with both morning and evening sun and a barbecue area (campfire). The cottage has three separate bedrooms, one with a loft bed. Toilet-shower room and a large living room-kitchen open in the ridge with stairs up to the sleeping loft. Private jetty with bathing ladder at a comfortable distance from the cabin (20 m). New boat with motor.

The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16).
