Monthly Rentals in Skellingthorpe

We’ve used Airbnb to visit many parts of the U.K. and had a wide variety of accommodation experiences. Some have been 5 star and others zero or 1 star that we’ve had to leave or complain about because of a wide variety of hidden negatives (including damp, dirty carpets, poor decor, etc.). We’re pleased to report that Lincoln’s Dinky House is ONE OF THE BEST with the mega comfy bed, decor, new plush carpets and overall facilities an absolute delight. We have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Jamie and Kate's place is amazing. It's cosy and secluded, quiet, peaceful and has absolutely everything you could need to enjoy your break, as well as ample off road parking. Kate met us at check in and was friendly, helpful and funny. She made a fuss of fur baby Potter as well which he loved haha. There was a brilliant and unexpected welcome pack, including milk, upon arrival and we were very grateful for it all. To say it was spotless throughout would be an understatement. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. All shampoo/conditioner etc being provided as well was excellent. The secluded and secure garden for Potts was perfect and knowing he was 100% safe we had no issues letting him roam in and out. Thanks for a great stay. I can't recommend this place highly enough 😊 x

This house is like a piece of art. It’s absolutely beautiful. Sue was responsive and friendly. The house had everything you needed, including lots of herbs and spices! I found the house very peaceful and I felt at home. The garden was beautiful and well kept too. Will be back!

Great little place. Very convenient for us near family. Check in was simple with clear instructions to access. Property was clean and they had kindly provided thoughtful basics including milk which was much appreciated. Comfy beds, quiet neighbourhood, wardrobe space, Netflix, off-road parking, plenty of towels - all made for a wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you again!
