Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

We offer newly renovated and nice accommodation in our farmhouse. 10 minutes from Karlstad and 25 minutes from Kristinehamn. Close to exit/ entrance to E-18 and the county bus service within walking distance. Animals and beautiful nature are close by. There is access to swimming and fishing in both Vänern and Gapern. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses at close quarters. In Väse a little less than a mile away is Vildparken where you can both skateboard and BMX.

During the cold season, there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, jig fishing and ice skating.

Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

You will stay in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. There is self check-in with a key that is in the key cabinet with a code. You park the car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is located about 5 km from the city center.

Take a break and unwind with a cosy stay in the countryside In April, we (Lisa and Daniel) will be taking over the house in Grän, along with the associated apartment on the property. We have borrowed photos from the current owner, who has been renting out the apartment via Airbnb for many years. After we move in, we will furnish the property in a similar style. We warmly welcome old and new guests to our place!
