Guest house 35 m2, close to E18. Simple accommodation with two rooms and a kitchen. Two beds in one room and a bunk bed in the other. Small sofa bed in the kitchen. Toilet and shower. Close to residential buildings. Rented per night or weekly. The closest grocery store is in Skattkärr, Karlstad or Kristinehamn. Basic goods are available at the gas station, OKQ8, in Väse. They are open until 11 pm on weekdays and until 10 pm on weekends. They also have a restaurant. Inside Väse, you will find Räven Bistro, pizzeria and restaurant.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Seaside, modern and newly renovated accommodation with private balcony and garden. 700m to Vänern (EU's largest lake), 500m to nature reserve Hammars udde which offers beautiful nature, rich bird life, nice hiking trails, burial grounds from the Iron Age and burial mounds from the Viking Age. You will also find Hammarö Archipelago Museum at the edge of the headland, which offers a unique collection of objects from the old fishing industry and an exhibition about life on the lighthouses in Vänern.

House by the lake / House by Lake Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

You will live in your own cottage in our garden with a patio in the evening sun. It is self-check-in with a key that is in a key cabinet with a code. You can park your car in front of the garage and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. The accommodation is about 5 km from the centre.
