There is an efficient wood stove, 2 winter sleeping bags (Catharina Defence 6) with associated sheet bags, as well as regular duvets and pillows, blankets/blankets, etc. Fireplace that can be used whenever the weather permits. The house has a nice, large open wooden terrace with panoramic views to the southeast and west. From the property, there is direct access to a bike and walking path that leads to Lakolk and the wide sandy beach.
