Welcome to this newly renovated house in the heart of Skärhamn. The house is within walking distance to the swimming area, the harbor and bus stop with connection to Gothenburg. On the first floor of the house there is a living room and kitchen. The upper floor contains a larger bedroom with two beds and sea view, a smaller bedroom with two beds, a living room with a bed and a toilet By the patio there is an exit to the viewpoint with magnificent views of Skärhamn and the west sea. Free car parking is available outside the house.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Very spacious and luxurious villa, literally a stone's throw from the sea. Walking distance to very child-friendly beach that also lends itself well for teenagers with jetties and jumping towers. A very lovely patio. The house has three floors where the bottom floor can be used as a private apartment if you want it, with its own kitchen, toilet, bedroom. In total the house has 5 bedrooms. Two double beds and 3 120 cm beds. There is a trampoline for the kids. A wood fired hot tub.

Now you have the opportunity to stay in a completely newly built house in Skärhamn, Tjörn. The house is 158 sqm, divided into two floors, with four bedrooms in total. The living room upstairs also has a sofa bed, with room for two people. The house has a modern floor plan and is of a high standard. Several swimming areas within a kilometer, proximity to a bakery, liquor store and a very well-stocked grocery store.

It's located only 200 meters from the sea, with a short distance to everything that Tjörn and the Swedish west coast has to offer.
