New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

The accommodation is also suitable for those who want to stay overnight on their way to their destination. During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.
