For those who want to live completely uniquely in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to nature and lake. You have your own patio with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorably beautiful nature and hiking trails. We will be happy to show you the farm, which has been restored according to old methods. It is close to the golf course and the picturesque town of Arvika with art museums and cafés.

Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Private small cottage of 52 m2 + 25 m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for yourself with the host in their own house on the property. Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
