The house has the best location on Sönneberget and with a large pool on the property and 100 meters to the sea, you can always take a cooling dip. In Havstenssund, you get a genuine and relaxing experience of Bohuslän.

The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in other ways. Huset är beläget i ett villaområde med nära grannar så det får inte förekomma fester eller tillställningar. Under juli månad ej kortare än 5 nätter.

Main cabin with three bedrooms - one with a double bed, one with a 120 cm bed and one room with a bunk bed. Large kitchen with both gas, induction and coffee machine. Fireplace. Simple guest house with four beds and kitchenette. Lovely large patio by the pool and below. Plenty of summer games - SUP, kubb, badminton etc. Pets are allowed.

Welcome to our hidden gem on Bohus-Malmön located in the heart of the Bohuslän archipelago. Our house is situated high on a hilltop and offers convenience, tranquility and breathtaking sea views. Within walking distance discover charming restaurants, a vibrant marina, or take a dip at one of the many fantastic swimming and bathing locations. Bohus-Malmön is a picturesque paradise with hidden coves, sandy beaches, smooth rocky cliffs, and spectacular nature walks.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Avnjut en god frukost eller ett avslappnande bad omgiven av vacker naturen. Stugan ligger bokstavligen där Vrångös naturreservat börjar. Stugan är designad för en rogivande vistelse nära naturen och den idylliska skärgårdsmiljön, oavsett vilken årstid det är.
