The nearest bus stop is 20 meters away. 150 meters to the bus metro with departure to the city center, Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret, Kjevik Airport and UiA. There are two grocery stores within 200 meters from the apartment. Restaurant and bakery a stone's throw away.

The place is located in Grimstad city center with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, the harbor and the city beach. Free parking. It is a 15-minute walk to the university (UIA). Many beautiful beaches nearby, 25 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes to Arendal. The loft consists of a large room with a double bed, a single bed, a nice TV corner, fridge, kitchenette with kettle and a nice little bathroom. In addition, the place has a cozy terrace with afternoon sun. Pets cost NOK 100 extra per day.

A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️
