Beachfront holiday rental in Skagerrak

We have had a nice and relaxing stay and the cabin met all our expectations. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a large nice bathroom and good beds. Right by the cabin is the starting point for several nice walks in the mountains and below the cabin there is a small lake with opportunities for swimming and fishing.

This is a great cabin next to a lake with a privat beach. The place is basic but great for a cabin. We where suprised the shower was outside and the toilet is just beside one of the bedrooms.

Amazing spot with the hidden bench for watching sunsets. Beautiful, wide beach, perfect for long walks in both directions. The place itself is cozy, relatively secluded and that's what we were after.

We had a great stay at Fjällbacka. Beautiful view and we felt very welcome. Only stayed one night, but would happily come back!

It is very difficult to explain how beautiful this location and this cottage is. It meant for us to come home to the most beautiful place we ever saw when we entered. The view is stunning. Delicious breakfast on the wooden deck with this great view is sublime. Sleeping with the curtains open because you will then look out over the bay from your bed when you wake up. It can't be nicer. We have lovely hikes with the dogs and campfire on the beach. Totally idyllic! The cottage is cute, comfortable and cozy. We can't wait to come back.

a beautiful place, right on the water and forest. The cottage was functionally furnished and had everything you need to spend a few carefree days. With a dog, it's a perfect place to unwind. Everything is in harmony with nature, simply fantastic. Only the beds could be a little more comfortable🫣. But we felt very comfortable and welcome, and are already planning the next visit. Thank you for letting us be in this enchanting place.

We are a family of four with two teenage boys. This was the third year in a row we spent a long weekend at Johan and Reina’s place. It is a spacious, well equipped house without being generic or over-done as so many AirBnbs tend to be. It is just authentic, lovable and personal - as are its host who are experienced, generous hosts in the best meaning of the word. We would definitely recommend the house to anyone who wants to experience Swedish skjärgård, its quiet and idyllic nature.

The accommodation had a fantastic location, with very good technical equipment, we would spend our vacation there again at any time with great pleasure.

We had a wonderful time at Peter's! The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the beautiful quiet beach. Right outside the door is a playground, which only sweetened our son's stay even more. In the apartment was everything we needed. In the complex there is the possibility to wash, there is an indoor pool and other ways to pass the time. We were able to relax superbly and can only recommend Peter's apartment :)

We spent nine nights at Allan and Heidi's house. Wow... where do we start? The house is furnished to a high standard and very cozy. A place to relax, unwind and feel good. Thanks to the wood-burning stove, the cooler evenings and wet days are also a pleasure. The kitchen is super equipped. The house is located in an area with several holiday homes, yet very quiet and idyllic. It was wonderful that we saw rabbits, deer and pheasants almost every day in the meadow between the house and the sea and even in the garden. Communication with Allan was very nice and absolutely uncomplicated. All in all: we liked it very much and we would book again at any time.

Very friendly hosts - would highly recommend staying here! Description and pictures are very accurate - small and cozy! Cooking in the kitchen was tight but my wife and I managed to make some easy meals during our stay. Shower is outdoors but very private, great water pressure and hot so even on the colder days it was very pleasant. Not a ton to do in the specific area but very easy drive to Kristiansand and Mandal if you are looking for more shops and restaurants. Beautiful place very close to the beach!

Very happy with your stay. Kid-friendly with nearby playgrounds. Big plus with access to swimming pool. The apartment was well equipped with what you need, even toys for the little ones. The whole family had a great time. Cozy and accommodating host. Nice to travel to all year long. We were there on Easter. 30 min drive to Dyreparken, but it was worth it.

The location of the rental is great for walking the city, we walked to kilden for a performance. The only drawback is that since it is so central, there was a lot of late night noise from the street. It was a hot day and we needed to keep the windows open at night. Overall I think it’s a great rental, it’s cozy, a little tight for 4 people, but great for walking and seeing the city. Very helpful and friendly host, met us an hour early for checkin.

We feel lucky to have booked this accommodation with Erica for our two night stay. The location is unique and special - gorgeous sea views with direct access to the water. The home had everything we could need and plenty of space for three adults. We visited during a cool period, but in the warmer months the expansive outdoor space and seating would be so relaxing. It was new construction and everything was functional, tidy, and stylish. Erica was amazingly responsive, and answered/resolved any question immediately. As we were traveling internationally, this was a comfort to know we were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come visit again, hopefully for a longer stay!

Beautiful little cottage, two regular bedrooms and one with bunk beds. Very nicely decorated, beautiful colors and most of what you need to cook and stay. It is hidden in the landscape and you feel it is private even if the nearest neighbor is close by. It is about 15 minutes walk from the beach, quite steep down, but absolutely beautiful, wild and beautiful. Approximately 45 minutes to Aalborg city centre. Highly recommended.

Super cozy accommodation. The location speaks for itself. Cosy and fresh decor. There is everything you could need in the kitchen, it was also very good to sleep with the sound of the sea so close outside. (Very good sound insulation with windows and balcony door closed). The wonderful view at the private jetty was beyond expectations. Can really recommend. Just when we were here it was blowing a lot, so bring a jacket for the walk, but when the sun was out it was really lovely. Note, Lottas Surdegsbageri, which is just a short walk away, is really recommended for a cozy & really good breakfast.

We were a family of five, the kids had a great time and we adults also had a nice stay.

A truly special, magical place. The surrounding area is beautiful and we enjoyed walking through the dunes and the short walk to the beach. There are a few steep spots, so it may be challenging for some folks, but even my mom (who is in her 60s) was able to make it up and down to the beach. The cottage house itself is well appointed and suited our needs perfectly. We’d definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Even’s cabin. The views were fantastic and there was lots of different seating areas to enjoy the views and make the most of the sun from. We hope to be back soon 😊
