The residence is completely newly renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available next to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the stop is just outside. To the sea it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the residence there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

The Hattstugan in Hee was designed by the architect Mikael Ellsinger and was completed in the summer of 2024 and is a nice walk (800m) from the nearest swimming area. Experience a truly unique architecture with spectacular seven meters in ceiling height. Relax in front of the fireplace, play games and enjoy the silence. In the nearby area there are plenty of excursions that you can reach on foot or bike. Visit the Valön nature reserve or take a trip up the mountain next to the house with panoramic sea views. Hälleviksstrand - Sjöstuga

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with your own dock, bathing ladder and boat spot for deep boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
