You get the feeling of being "alone in the whole world" despite 7 minutes to Fagernes town. Mindfulness. About 2.5 hours drive towards Valdres from Oslo. There is electricity and wood burning. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, dining room and bathroom with shower. There is a bio toilet inside the bathroom. Must walk 40 meters from the parking space to the cabin. The cabin is located at about 900 meters above sea level with a large natural plot and with a lovely view over Gålåvannet. The plot is 1500 sqm and borders hiking terrain and hiking trail, well suited for the whole family. In winter, there are groomed ski slopes nearby and you can strap on your skis outside the cabin. Easy access by car. The cabin is well equipped and contains a living room/kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna, loft/TV room, sports shed and interior shed.

As well as 230 (630) km prepared cross-country tracks. Cross country ski in/out. Just 300 metres from the cabin, you can access the cross-country ski trail network. (From around mid-December)

Lots of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter right from the door. About 1 km skiing through the forest to the trail network to Skeikampen. The cabin sleeps 5, plus crib, equipped kitchen, heat pump, wood-burning stove and dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen and towels incl. Must have 4x4 in winter. 15 min to city center and Skeikampen, 30 min to Lillehammer and 45 min to Hunderfossen.

There is a huge network of paths and skiing tracks starting outside the lodge and it is situated at the start of the famous Jotunheimen mountain reserve in Norway. The local village Skåbu (Skaabu) with a church, school, restaurant and supermarket is the highest altitude inhabited village in northern Europe.

Willkommen in Snowcake Cottage, unsere luxuriöse Holzhütte mit einer tollen Ausstattung und einer einzigartigen Aussicht auf den Gålå-See sowie das Jotunheimen Gebirge. Bei uns findest du neben Sauna, Hot tub und freistehender Badewanne alles, was dein Herz begehrt! Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel sind ebenfalls inklusive. Nur das verbrauchte Holz sollte am Ende des Urlaubs wieder aufgefüllt werden.

Idyllic old farmhouse in a scenic area in the middle of Peer Gynt's kingdom. A unique place near Rondane and a hiking eldorado with high mountains and short distance to several fishing waters. This is an undeveloped, old mountain farm where you can really find peace and quiet and recharge your batteries. The farm has a large fenced area where both children and four-legged friends can roam freely.
