Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

The place was spacious, very clean and cosy. It was equiped with everything we could ever think of using and Theodora even left us some wine, wather and fruits to make umour stay even better. It was really close to the sea and had a lot of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was fine. A lot of appLiances. Nice balcony. Everything like home. Way to the beach with stairs. Not suitable for disabled people. We hope to get back next year. Maria&Hristo, all the best

An ideal place to relax, with welcoming hosts, a quiet, comfortable and intimate location, with the possibility of choosing several pleasant ways of spending your time: a beautiful wild beach is nearby, and a walk of about 5 minutes are numerous restaurants and bars with the impeccably landscaped beach area. Clean and comfy place felt like home. Many local restaurants and beatiful beaches around with affordable prices. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and you find everything that you need at this place. At first we were doubtful about not having Wifi but that helped us to stay away from daily time loss from social media and just stay in the moment. Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

All was absolutely brilliant!! The house is incredibly beautiful, has a nice location and everything you need. It is all picobello clean in the house. More comfortable and a big bed. We had a lovely time in this house. Everything was perfect and the pool is really fantastic. Zef and Anastasiia were perfect hosts. We would recommend this house to anyone!!

The house is great, has all required facilities, the living area is big, the location is very close to the sea and great Salonikiou beach, literally 3 minutes on foot, the area is quiet and not crowded. There is a shower with the hot water outside and huge barbeque area. The overall design of the garden was a pleasure for our eyes. Everything corresponds to the pictures on Airbnb. The check-in and check-out process is transparent, there was the host on site at the check-in time. The response time of the host is in minutes (very quick), the host is polite and friendly, tries to resolve the issues as quick as possible (when they understand the issue). A car is a must, there are no shops around, the closest groceries shop is 10–15-minute drive. The house has a private parking area. On the negative side, every issue turned into two: to persuade the host that it was a genuine one and then to resolve it. Summary: a good place to stay.

We were 3 families with small children and we had a great time. The house is right up the beach so you have a great view of the sea from the terrace. Taverns, bars and supermarket are in walking distance so you really don't even need a car to get by. Great place to spend the hollydays!

In short: absolutely amazing! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake to the beautiful and top clean property. Familial, warm, open, you will be welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice stretch of beach is super quickly accessible by car. There are loungers for a drink here. The path to the promenade with many good tavernas is also short. I would have loved to have stayed much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and again a thousand thanks for the wonderful time!

That place is absolute hidden paradise with gorgeous and unforgettable views from the balcony I would dare to say , the pictures on Airbnb site does not really represent the astonishing 180 degrees panorama so the only thing you need to do is to verify my words by booking the apartment, there will be no slim chance to get disappointed The spot is between 2 small villages which is top to my standards , quite and peaceful and only 3-4 kilometres from everything you would possibly need - fruit& vegetable stores , fresh fish & shellfish, bakery etc There are of course ultimate beaches around and 1.25-2h to all Halkidiki fingers by car Another host of Airbnb who undoubtedly increase the standards and put its rating to highest level Thank you !

This was the best experience we've ever had on Airbnb! Both the accommodation and the host were absolutely fantastic. The cottage is very new and has everything you could wish for. The shower has a high pressure setting and is relaxing, the space is very cozy and the TV is magnificent and of high quality. Moreover, the location is also outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Peraia and there is a cozy beach just outside the door. The accommodation made it a great holiday for me and my girlfriend. Vasiliki was super helpful and gave us top suggestions. We certainly hope to come back! :)

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

Very clean nice unit. Easy communication with Sofia and quiet location. Around 5 to 10 minute stroll to restaurant area. Once we had a vehicle was easy to get around to other nearby areas.
