Holiday rentals with a patio in Siviri Beach

Mrs. Natasa was impeccable as a host, gave clear instructions for the location of the apartment, did not require us to leave the premises before 11, as is usually the case. She was perfectly cooperative. The house was very modernly furnished, with all the necessities (e.g. bottled water, iron/ironing board, various coffee machines, toaster, large refrigerator, washing machine (even a basket for laundry) etc.). Comfortable balcony + courtyard for children to play. Thank you very much (family with two small children).

We have decided to spend our honeymoon at Konstantinos’ place and it was the best decision we have made! He was always responsive, ready to help and understanding about our late check-in. The location is Superb, extremely beautiful, well taken care and has everything you need for your stay! It was definitely the best choice we could have made and for sure, we will come back!

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

The apartment is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. Clean, and equipped with almost everything you may need in your vacation. Host is very responsive and helps with everything you need. You have parking park inside the yard. The only remark I can make, is the wifi. It is really slow with many interruptions, and was not sufficient for remote work. Other than that, definitely recommend this apartment.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Villa had everything required for a great holiday. Ben was friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything during our stay. Patio and pool area were great with amazing views to the sea. Kitchen had everything we required during our stay and the villa was very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We stayed at Mira's place for 5 nights. We were very warmly welcomed, and everything was explained to us clearly. The location is very familiar and has a nice little garden, with a small dog also welcome. Mira was very quick to respond to our messages. The home has two bathrooms. However, the only one upstairs is a bit small, so a taller person would have a bit of trouble. In the whole, we are very satisfied. We can highly recommend Mira.

The place was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is awesome!! Marios is a great host who responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would always choose it again!

This was the best experience we've ever had on Airbnb! Both the accommodation and the host were absolutely fantastic. The cottage is very new and has everything you could wish for. The shower has a high pressure setting and is relaxing, the space is very cozy and the TV is magnificent and of high quality. Moreover, the location is also outside the hustle and bustle of the centre of Peraia and there is a cozy beach just outside the door. The accommodation made it a great holiday for me and my girlfriend. Vasiliki was super helpful and gave us top suggestions. We certainly hope to come back! :)

Very pleasant and functional space. Just like in the pictures. All clean and tidy. Centrally located, a few meters from the beach and shops. Elena responds promptly with courtesy and professionalism. Very friendly and helpful made our vacation even more enjoyable. I'm sure we'll be back

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

Thomas and Elpida are wonderful hosts. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good time. The apartment is very nice and about a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach. We had a very nice stay, we recommend this house and the hosts!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!
