House holiday rentals in Siviri Beach

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great beaches nearby, helpful recommendations and links shared the night of our check-in. Would stay again, would recommend to friends and family.

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

An excellent accommodation in a wonderful location! The host is as friendly and helpful as anyone! It has everything it promises with great aesthetics! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will be back soon! That's for sure!

Villa had everything required for a great holiday. Ben was friendly and helpful anytime we needed anything during our stay. Patio and pool area were great with amazing views to the sea. Kitchen had everything we required during our stay and the villa was very comfortable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The house is very cozy, well-maintained and fully equipped. We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. They were very friendly and communicative and responded promptly to our messages and calls. They showed us around the house and explained how to use all the appliances. The area is very beautiful, quiet and safe. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend staying here.

Martha is a very friendly and helpful host. The villa is located in a quiet and picturesque area, lost among the trees on the top of the hill. It was clean, with everything needed for our stay. The rooms were spacy and light.

We experienced the proverbial Greek hospitality with Dimitris and family, always responsive, helpful, accommodating. Nea Fokeia is a clean place, very suitable for excursions in all directions. The location of the accommodation in the middle of the local action, beach, restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance. The house is tastefully furnished, bathroom a bit cramped, the sunrise, view from the veranda over the golf course, Sithonia to Athos made us forget the negatives, we felt completely comfortable.

We stayed at Mira's place for 5 nights. We were very warmly welcomed, and everything was explained to us clearly. The location is very familiar and has a nice little garden, with a small dog also welcome. Mira was very quick to respond to our messages. The home has two bathrooms. However, the only one upstairs is a bit small, so a taller person would have a bit of trouble. In the whole, we are very satisfied. We can highly recommend Mira.

Brilliant stay. The flat is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday close to the beach. It is well equipped and there is so much space. There are steps from the garden down to a very quiet beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the village although we visited out of season so most only open on the weekend.

House looks exactly like in pictures, very nice and clean. Restaurants, beach and supermarkets are a few minutes away by car, so you definitely need a car to get along.

Our host and his wife were extremely thoughtful , caring, caring, kind, and helpful. We had a very nice time. The house was very tidy and convenient , of course it was very nice. Our dear host has thought of every detail, ❤️ the location of the house is magnificent , and the garden and surroundings were magnificent as the house itself. 13-14 min by walk to Elani beach, 2-3 min by car. The other beach is a location with easy access to the towns and taverns. We had a very happy and beautiful month. Many thanks and love ❤️

The stand out for us was the balcony where you can sit and look out over the fields, morning and evening. Quiet location and very helpful and friendly host. Apartment was spacious, spotless linen and bathroom. Great location in the middle of Kassandria. If you are looking for the traditional feel this is for you.

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

The stay was great. Eleni welcomed us and was super nice! She offered us an earlier check in as well as a later checkout, which was totally friendly. The terrace is very nice and you can sit outside great. Eleni also gave us a lot of recommendations. The only thing that was not so good was the WiFi. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Nice place next to the beach (3’driving) and many parking spaces available in front of the property. Due to the 5night minimum stay, in our case 11, a washing machine would have been very useful(especially for the beach towels/swimwear). Dishwasher was a plus. We would have loved to use the BBQ area (was not available at the moment we were there) and enjoy some summer evenings in the backyard (but not much green area). Overall, we were happy with the location.

We felt really comfortable here. The apartment has everything you need. It is also nice on the terrace, it offers shade when it is warm. We did not have children with us, but for families with children it is perfect, also the path to the beach is short. There are several options for shopping close by. Maria answered many questions immediately, thank you very much for that! We bridged a rainy day with Netflix. We are really recovered!

The apartment is like on the pictures. There is small beach right in front the apartment, which is perfect if you don't want to go somewhere farther, but still want to swim in the sea. There is no exact parking spot for the guests, but with more luck, there might be free places on the street in front of the house. At walkable distance to the center of Siviri and some good restaurants, it's quite and chill in the area of the apartment. As a negative aspect is that the apartment do not have mosquito nets.
