Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sioux Narrows Nestor Falls

The place was great! we appreciated John's instructions and flexibility. The place was clean and comfortable.

Great stay if you plan on doing some fishing on LOTW. Close to many resorts and accesses. This was the second time our group stayed here and it did the job perfectly. Did have some issues with communicating through evolve, would rather have direct contact with the owner from the start but otherwise no complaints and a beautiful place.

Just one minor complaint. We enjoyed hanging out in the basement game room except no bathroom down there so the elders had to go up the stair which were a little steep to use the upstairs bathroom. But all said and done it was a great place to stay. Nice house and great area. Thanks.

Perfect place for the family to stay on our ice fishing trip. We definitely overpacked, because the house provided pretty much all the things we packed aside from food. The beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean! The owner was responsive, helpful, and very nice. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Great place.

We were passing through Kenora for work and ended up staying two nights at Serena’s place! We enjoyed our evenings in the beauty that is the backyard, on the dock, and on the lake itself! Wish we were able to stay longer, thanks Serena for the great place to stay!

This was my second time staying and we had a blast! Ashley was very kind and very welcoming! It was peaceful and it had everything we needed. Great for family and friend to unwinded from the city life. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful cabin with lots of space great scenery right on the lake great place for a group of people to relax. Have fun and enjoy time together. The host was quick to response and great to communicate with. All had a good time!

What a great find for our annual fishing trip. The cabin was roomy with plenty of space for gear and people. The view is amazing. This cabin had all the amenities needed, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and warmth! Considering the temp was -25°F every night, that’s important. 🤜🏼 The local assistant Garth was also a treat. What a nice guy, helpful, and had great tips. We had a fun 5 night stay.

Beautiful property right on the lake run by a lovely, friendly couple and their pup, Jack, who kept my dog company! The cabin is exactly as it looks in the photos, and is a perfect escape if you just need some time away. Cliff was onsite for most of the time I was there and was so friendly, asked me if I needed anything when he left for town and brought out a canoe for me to explore the inlet. This is a small community where loyal visitors have been coming for years, so it felt safe and friendly. The cabin was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed—and an awesome deal for the location and company—but like others have said, it’s not a fancy resort :) it’s a family-owned old log cabin. Enjoy it!

My family and I really enjoyed this bright, beautiful spacious home. There are so many large windows allowing so much light in! The kitchen window gives a panoramic view of the lake and trees. Games area was a huge hit for my family! Absolutely recommend. We hope to visit in the summer to utilize the fishing & swimming!

We recently stayed at this beautiful Airbnb on Black Surgeon Lake, and overall, it was a lovely experience. The setting was absolutely stunning, with serene lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. When we raised a concern about the well water, which had a strong odor and unfortunately tarnished some of my mom’s jewelry, they promptly provided a water cooler for drinking. While this was appreciated, the well water remained an issue for showering and general use, which made that aspect of the stay less pleasant. If the water issue is addressed, this would be a perfect getaway spot. Despite that, we enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to anyone who values a picturesque and relaxing lakeside retreat.

We absolutely loved the cabin from the moment we walked in. We felt immediately at home. It was so clean and spacious. We can’t wait to come back. The kitchen was well stocked and all the utensils and plates were of very good quality. The second bathroom was a total luxury, too!
