There is no kitchen in the unit but there is everything you need to make tea and coffee as well as a microwave and minifridge. Sliding doors in the master bedroom lead to a deck to enjoy or a BBQ to use. At 70 steps, it’s a bit of a trek to the dock, but once there, you can make use of the paddle board or kayak. Winter tires or all wheel drive highly recommended in winter!

We are one block away from the Lake of the Woods Brewing Company, the Post Office and the mall (No Frills). Two blocks from the Cinema, many shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Not 10 minutes to the lovely Kenora Harbour Front and the Whitecap Pavilion. Take in all the events and a simple walk home.

The large lake is great for swimming, tubing, boating while the connecting river provides ample fishing grounds. The surrounding woods are perfect for hiking and enjoying Canadian shield country. It is situated 40 minutes north of Kenora, 10 minutes by car from Minaki.
