We had an amazing stay. The cabin was clean, cozy and beautiful beyond our expectations. Exquisite view of the lake, amazing stars, absolutely anything we could want in a north woods retreat. Will be back for sure!

We had a great stay. So convenient to use the wonderful pool and hot tub. Cosy and had everything we needed for a visit. Definitely would come back.

Amanda's Airbnb was exactly what we needed for the two days. It had PLENTY of space, the place was VERY CLEAN, the kitchen had all essentials. Couldn't have asked for easier instructions. There were plenty of books that helped us perfectly plan our north shore gateway. Plus there was a Kwik trip and a grocery store <2 mins drive away which was sooooo helpful!

Place was fantastic. We stayed 3 nights (March, 2025) with four young kids, two adults. Everything is very well communicated/clear (access, entry, garage, rules, etc) everything is known up front (kitchen items, fireplace, etc) Place is big and quiet too. Very clean, updated, cozy, and well lit (also with blackout curtains in all bedrooms) Kitchen is nice with everything you need to cook, including a grill (already had tea, keurig coffee and cups, oil, seasonings, including paper towels, zip locks, detergent, soap, etc) There is everything you need for the beach (chairs, toys, towels). Tons of games, puzzles, and books. But the best of all..... private beach, sauna, tons of firewood, garage, AND a washer/dryer. Fantastic North Shore Location (near Split Rock Lighthouse, Gooseberry Falls, Two Harbors, Tettegouche, etc). It's quiet, it's big, it's got everything you need, it's a great set up and we would proudly recommend this place to any of our family and friends!

Patty and Dale's place was perfect for our weekend getaway! The apartment was clean, simple, cute, and had everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable and a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. It’s off the main Hwy. but still in the heart of the action and walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and the local brewery. Do North was our favorite for pizza, and Vanilla Bean has fantastic coffee and breakfast. The architectural antique store had some unique finds too. Agate Bay Beach and the Two Harbors Lighthouse were just minutes away, which made it super convenient to explore the area. Patty and Dale were wonderful hosts. Communication was clear and timely, and Patty checked in a couple of times during our stay. She was quick to answer questions and made sure we had what we needed. The apartment was a perfect landing spot between our weekend adventures, and the price was spot on. We’d definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed a stay with 3 couples. The property feels peaceful and secluded but is very close to town. It is bright, clean, and comfortable. The view of the lake is stunning.

Overall, we had a great stay! The home has beautiful views, and we loved the area. There were a lot of thoughtful touches throughout, with our favorite being the Nintendo 64! The house was well-stocked and dog-friendly, which we always appreciate. For the price, it was still worth the stay, but there were a few things we wish we had known before booking. The most noticeable issue was the lingering cigarette smell in the home. Additionally, both bathroom doors couldn’t fully close without using extreme force. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time here!

This is our second time staying at this house. We loved it and would recommend to others. Joseph is very helpful and accommodating.

We had a fantastic time staying at Kris’s property. From arrival, we had easy entry, plenty of parking and wooden walkways helped with transporting supplies into the beautiful home. Everything was as described in the description and I want to point out the views are amazing on both the main floor and second floor. We had a great time visiting and hope to make a return trip.
