Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city centre. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. Parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in a blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

Very good exchange and welcome. House well located near the beaches, quiet and with a beautiful garden.

We just had a very good stay at Denis and Patricia's house, who gave us a very warm welcome. They were responsive to our questions, no complaints. The house was consistent with the photos, functional and very clean, in a quiet environment, close to all amenities. Everything about it is excellent We 100% recommend this listing.

Beautiful little house, fully equipped. Beautiful garden with furniture and barbecue, fully fenced. Super convenient with the dog. Bavette is super friendly. She even brought us vegetables from her vegetable garden. I recommend it 100%!!

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! Great stay, the accommodation is located in a very lively campsite close to Saint Jean de Monts and Saint Hilarité de Riez. Walking distance to the beach less than 1 kilometer away. Leslie and Virginia were very responsive, always available and attentive. I would recommend it 100%.

A very nice weekend spent with the family at Franck's, who welcomed me with a smile.😊 28-degree swimming pool, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden , pool , terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Happy hosting and maybe see you next time.😃

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices at breakfast. Madison's company, the adorable dog, was pleasant. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We leave feeling relaxed.

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbour are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with any number of trips.

The accommodation matches the photos, the view is beautiful! Ideally located near the port, perfect if you don't want to use the car for your stay (free shuttle nearby). The only downside is the sofa bed which is not comfortable, the pillows which are in very poor condition and the shower which lacks power for my taste.

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

We spent 4 absolutely perfect days and 3 nights in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. The apartment is ideally located with an incredible view of the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos! Everything is perfectly thought out in the accommodation: clean, well-equipped, comfortable — nothing is missing. It's a real cocoon, very relaxing. We'll be happy to go back. We had a wonderful stay in this charming holiday home! The location is really fantastic – once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is functionally furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the division of the rooms: the toilet is located on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with reduced mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home, which we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

I was in the accommodation for three months for work and felt comfortable from the start. Quiet location with a beautiful view from the balcony to the sea. For the great sunsets, just walk 2 minutes to the beach. The decor is exactly as shown in the pictures. Supermarkets can be reached by car in about 10 minutes. During my stay (mid-March to mid-June) I was able to park easily in the gravel parking lot opposite the building. On public holidays, however, it was already well occupied – in summer it could therefore become crowded. Overall, a very pleasant and functional accommodation that I can only recommend. Ghislain was always available and regularly inquired whether everything was in order. Top host!

Very pleasant stay. The apartment is very well located and remarkably clean! Possibility to park the car and do everything on foot without problem. Beautiful living room for 6 people. There were 4 of us but you can be 6 without being on top of each other. The reception is in person with all the advice for the stay. (Very appreciable). I can only recommend this rental!

Very well-equipped accommodation, the environment is peaceful and very quiet despite the fact that there is a road right next to the accommodation once inside we do not hear the cars pass, mobilized very comfortable and quality, I did not add anything accommodation that is close to perfection, very accessible and several activities available less than 20 minutes from the accommodation ( beach, restaurant, activities ( paint-ball, Quad, Aquatic Activation and so on...) I highly recommend it, I had a very pleasant stay!
