Construite sur un terrain clos de 700 m2 permettant de jouer et de stationner plusieurs voitures. Son intérieur a été largement rénové en 2016. Cuisine très bien équipée, salle de bain avec vasques + douche italienne + WC, 1 WC séparé, 3 chambres avec bonne literie, 1 canapé lit dans le séjour en couchage d’appoint, terrasse vue sur mer, plage à 150m, commerces à 500m.

The location of the apartment allows you to do anything on foot or by bike and a private parking space is available free of charge on site.
