Wenn man die Wohnung verlässt, blicken Sie auf die Weinberge an den Hängen des Siebengebirges. Die Lage bietet eine sehr angenehme Wohn- und Lebensqualität. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und kommt zur Ruhe, fernab vom Stadttrubel. Ob auf der Durchreise, für ein paar Tage Erholung oder einen Geschäftstermin - wir freuen uns auf Sie!

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

This also apllies to the famous "Rotweinwanderweg". For a fast shopping or a cup of coffee you just have to leave the front door. Free WiFi available. It's a quiet place but right in the middle.
