Nur wenige Schritte zum Schwarzwald, der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Viele Wanderwege, darunter der bekannte Panoramaweg mit atemberaubenden Aussichtspunkten sowie die Geroldsauer Wasserfälle. Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

Unsere 55 m² große, 2022 sanierte Ferienwohnung, befindet sich in Sichtweite des Schwarzwaldes. Der kostenlose Parkplatz liegt direkt am Haus. Nach wenigen Gehminuten befinden Sie sich in den Weinbergen. Eine moderne, für 4 Personen voll ausgestatte Küche, ein neues Badezimmer, ein Großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett für eine entspannte Auszeit. Im Dachgeschoss ein separates Zimmer um sich bei Bedarf zurückzuziehen. Die Ferienwohnung wurde bisher auch gerne von Familien mit Kindern gebucht.

Tolle Wanderwege in direkter Nähe, die Weinberge und der nächste Wald sind nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum nächsten Supermarkt/Bäcker, mit eigenem Parkplatz und Gartennutzung. Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und stehen bei Fragen schnell zur Verfügung. Ideal auch für eine längere Auszeit!

In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

Close to Germany and tourist sites (Fort de Schoenenbourg, Maginot line, hiking trails in the Northern Vosges, ...), the house is located in an old renovated barn and has 3 bedrooms. You will love lounging in our heated indoor pool while listening to the birds sing under the magnificent cherry trees that overlook the garden.
