Holiday rentals with beach access in Sint Philipsland

Tini’s place is the perfect little getaway for 2 people - we felt right at home, everything was as described, and very cozy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very good stay in Annetta and Bennie's apartment. The space was very completely furnished, atmospheric and cozy. Everything was sparkling clean. The area is quiet and we especially enjoyed the bird concert in the morning and evening. If you like peace and quiet, you are in the right place, but you are also within 10 minutes by bike (of which 2 bikes are included) in Zoutelande. Or by car, a few kilometres from Middelburg and Veere. Although the weather forecast was less than ideal, we had beautiful weather. Because it's Zeeland😊! Annetta is a fantastic hostess. If you want to go to Zeeland, looking for peace but still close to the beach and the beautiful cities, I would definitely book this apartment.

The flat is in a lovely 17th century house on the canal. It is a 15 minute walk from the station which is very convenient if you’re travelling around to other places as we did. Marjan is very nice and communicative.

Oskar is a great host. He was ready to meet us as soon as we arrived and went through everything we needed to know. Apartment was filled with everything we could possibly need for our stay and was immaculate. Location is great, just a 5 min walk from Centraal station. Would highly recommend.

The place was decorated with a lot of love for detail – really beautiful and very cozy. I was particularly impressed by the fantastic garden with the many roses in front of the entrance – just a highlight! There are two entrances which was super convenient, especially with dog. At the back you could comfortably go to the terrace – perfect to walk the dog. The contact with the hostess was consistently friendly and pleasant. Walking, you can quickly reach both the beach and the lake and also downtown – great location! And best of all, I slept superbly. Absolutely recommended – I will be happy to come back!

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment! Everything was great – very clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. It is quiet and ideal for excursions in the surrounding area. We will be happy to come back and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We were very kindly greeted with cakes and dog treats and felt right at home. A clean and cozy little apartment where nothing is missing. Tastefully decorated and a brand new bathroom. The large bed was totally comfortable and we slept very well. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need from Nespresso coffee, oil and spices. A large and clean refrigerator with freezer. The landlords are absolutely friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back!!!!

We had a great stay with the three of us (two adults and our 9-month old baby). The accommodation looks great with attention to details to make our holiday relaxing (as far as that goes with a little one). The location is nice, close to numerous beaches and with a lovely view overlooking the farmland.

The place was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It was lovely looking out onto the garden which was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. There was also secure storage for our bikes.

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The hostess was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

Overall the stay was very nice and Katrien was very helpful with her instructions!

We had a wonderful family weekend with daughter,son-in-law ,grandson and dog! The house was perfect,it was very cozy and plenty of space for everyone! The dog was able to go into the garden,it was fenced! It was close to the beach! We enjoyed the surroundings very much! A nice walk to the dog beach! Everything perfect - we will be back!!

Together with my friends, I had a wonderful and cozy stay in Woudrichem. The location is perfect – quiet, but with plenty to do in the area. Within 5 minutes you can be on the ferry to the atmospheric Gorinchem. The house itself is equipped with all comforts: a spacious kitchen, nice bathroom and both a front and back garden where you can sit comfortably. We really didn't miss anything! Our host Corrie was super hospitable. She welcomed us warmly and even had a delicious apple pie ready for us – so thoughtful! Recommended for anyone who wants to get away in their own country! 🌳🍰⛴️

The apartment was even more beautiful than we had expected. What a warm welcome. Super neat and very attractively decorated. Everything you could think of was present. The view was truly amazing. Despite the bad weather, we had a great time and from there Made many trips. Also Breskens is very cozy. The communication was very spontaneous and Maarten responds immediately, super nice. We had a great time in Edwins apartment, spacious, all the windows gave a lot of light, and a view over the canal. Edwin is always available on chat and very helpful. We tried many of the restaurants he recommended, especially worth mentioning is the Thai a few minutes away and the seafood restaurant in Scheveningen. We suggest renting bikes, easier to get around the city, but especially for going to the beaches just a few minutes away, and for biking through the dunes along the cost between Hoek van Holland and Scheveningen.

We felt very at home and comfortable in the apartment. Rianne is a great and friendly host who is always easy to reach, either you or one of her employees. We would like to come back in the future, because you simply offer one of the most beautiful accommodations in Wemeldinge.

We spent a night with our 15-month-old boy at Gazal. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation was equipped for travelling with a child (cot, high chair, some games and some dishes), very convenient! The place was very quiet while being close by car to cities and beaches. Communication with the host was very good. We recommend it!

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, well appointed and exactly as described. The sea view was fantastic – waking up every morning with this view was a highlight. The check-in was completely uncomplicated and stress-free. There were no defects, everything was in perfect condition. I would come back anytime and highly recommend it!

Great apartment with good amenities in an optimal location to the beach and the promenade. Very quiet. Very friendly and nice contact. Loving furnishings with small touches. Kitchen with coffee machine. Coffee, jam were even included. Parking nearby. However, we did not move the car during our stay. Everything was good and easy to reach by bike and public transport. If there was anything to complain about, a few hooks for jackets inside would be good. You don't have a sea view from the apartment, but just around the corner and you were there. Conclusion: We were here in the area for the first time. If we want to come back here again, we'd love to stay in this apartment again.
