De ruime woonkamer, gezellige keuken en grote tuin zorgt voor een onvergetelijke vakantie. Het strand is slechts 20 min rijden, er zijn strandstoelen en koelbox om mee te nemen. Ook als u kiest om thuis te blijven, is de tuin met tuinkamer, grote trampoline en picknicktafel met parasol een prima plek om door te brengen. Er is een grote speeltuin om de hoek. In de werkkamer kan heerlijk rustig out-of-office gewerkt worden. Verzoek voor langetermijnverblijf is welkom, idg prijs te onderhandelen.

We welcome you in our home on the Great North Holland Canal. Our lovely studio has a private entrance and terrace and is situated on the ground floor. Includes use of 2 bicycles and a canoe. You can cycle from our studio to the beach in about 30 min. The historic city of Alkmaar is 15 min. away. Recreational area Geestmerambacht (walking, cycling, swimming, water sports) is within walking distance. Our studio is perfect for couples looking for a nice spot between the outdoors and the city.

100 jaar oude boerenwoning met 7 fietsen

Het vakantiehuis is gelegen aan het Noord-Hollands kanaal. Het huis is niet heel stil gelegen, maar wel gezellig en centraal t.o.v. Alkmaar, Bergen en Schoorl. Zeer geschikt voor vriendinnenclubjes, fietsclubjes en gezinnen, die niet op een vakantiepark willen zitten. Het huis heeft veel oorspronkelijke details, wat het sfeervol en karakteristiek maakt. Het huis is geschakeld aan de woning van de eigenaar, maar er is volop privacy en een royale eigen tuin.

Dit huis is geschikt voor 6 personen en heeft een ruime, zonnige tuin met veranda. Vanaf uw terras kunt u direct in het water springen en zwemmen!
