It's on 1300 m2 of land, including 2 parking spaces. It is located on the water, next to the forest and close to a golf course. The house has a modern kitchen with all appliances, there is Wi-Fi, a flat screen, underfloor heating, a BBQ and an outdoor fireplace, a terrace and veranda and a large jetty where you can sit in the sun until late at night. Wonderful!

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.
