Lovely vacation home with new bathroom, toilet and kitchen. The house is detached and situated in a small and quiet bungalow park. There is a lot to do in the area. A short distance away is the North Sea beach. There are also plenty of recreational opportunities such as, the Land van Fluwel (opposite the park), an indoor swimming pool (for a fee), miniature golf and Speelpark de Goudvis. A supermarket is within walking distance. Close to cozy cities such as Alkmaar (19 km) and Schagen (12 km).

Geniet met het gezin vlak bij strand en zee aan de Nederlandse kust. Onze gerenoveerde woning ligt op slechts 1,3 km van zee en heeft een ruime, beschutte tuin met zonnescherm. In de zomer geniet je van zon, strand en lange avonden buiten, terwijl je in de winter heerlijk kunt uitwaaien en daarna ontspannen in de privé barrelsauna die kosteloos te gebruiken is. Voor koude dagen is er een sfeervolle open haard en een complete keuken. De omheinde tuin maakt het ook voor honden en kinderen ideaal.

Ontspan, herstel, struin, fiets naar zee, dans met de golven, geniet.

De omgeving biedt ruime mogelijkheden voor uitgebreide fietsroutes. Daarnaast bevindt zich op loopafstand (800m) een brasserie waar je heerlijk kan lunchen en dineren. Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.

Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms. All to yourself. At the back, a spacious garden room with fireplace and next to it a private garden. You can heat the garden room with the fireplace. In winter, it may be too cold to sit there with just the fireplace. Bathroom has a 2-person bathtub and a double shower. The bathroom also has a washing machine and dryer. Wonderful apartment to stay completely on your own and enjoy the tranquility!
