It was nice and everything is always nicer when the sun is shining but in all cases: - very nice, cozy cottage - terrace directly overlooking the pond (exciting conversations with local ducks) - very easy check-in and responsive host - superb sunset to end the day while eating on the terrace.

A great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. With 8 people, we got along with the rooms and bathroom spaces. Pool was in our satisfaction!

We had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The sea view balcony is fantastic. The apartment is spacious and equipped with every comfort. 2 beautiful spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice loft. Beach right in front of the door and several restaurants and beach bars nearby. We also found surprisingly nice. Cruise through the sea lock is recommended.

We had a great day at the property. Especially nice was that the sea was nearby and you were surrounded by tulip fields:)

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Soest! The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated — a perfect retreat surrounded by nature. The horses on the property added a unique and peaceful touch, and there was plenty to do in the area for nature lovers. What truly made the stay exceptional was the warm hospitality of the owner, Denise. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We had great days at the place. House and kitchen are equipped with everything you need, the bathrooms were very clean and totally sufficient for us with 9 people. There is plenty of space everywhere and we felt very comfortable. The garden and terrace are really a highlight. It is a pity that music in the garden is not tolerated by the neighbours at all.

We enjoyed the time very much and did many small bike rides. The accommodation is beautiful, quiet and very idyllically located. However, we would not stay in the property again with 5 adults. The loft bed is more suitable for children and unfortunately we were not able to sleep so well, as there was no air coming up under the roof at night (despite the open window) and it became very warm and stuffy. With children, you can definitely recommend the accommodation! :)

We had a wonderful stay and we didn't miss anything. It was a relaxing holiday with a lot of privacy, our children were very happy about the play opportunities on the farm and the many animals. The house is cozy, very clean and well equipped and Thildy and Dick are super nice hosts. We would definitely love to come back.

I was with a friend and her dog for four nights in the accommodation. We enjoyed the time in the beautiful cottage! The location is very nice, the accommodation is clean and the kitchen is really well equipped. Communication with Linda is easy and fast. We will be back!

The place was as described. It offers a nice atmosphere, so we felt right at home. Everything you need for a holiday was available. Many attractions were within easy reach by car. Everything turned out to be very positive. We will be happy to come back.

The cottage has a great starting point for excursions, whether to the beach in Bergen, Egmond or Pretten, as well as to be in Amsterdam in less than an hour. On the second day, we felt slowed down and relaxed by the quiet environment :) our dog was also totally relaxed in the garden to sunbathe and our child was happy with the toys on site. The accommodation offers everything for daily needs and was completely sufficient for us - we felt right at home and would have liked to stay longer. You arrive and the beds are already made and the towels are arranged. All included. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 babies in the house under the chestnut and felt super comfortable. The house is furnished with a lot of love, very cozy and well maintained. We felt right at home. The small front garden is beautiful and also behind the house you can sit nicely. With crawling children, the stairs would be very steep and not secured. It was ok with us. A baby bed was available. The communication with Astrid was completely straightforward. We were very warmly personally welcomed and would have been able to enter the accommodation earlier. Nearest beach is a quarter of an hour by car. Alkmaar is easily accessible by bus. Overall, we had a great stay and can absolutely recommend the place!

There is nothing to add to the comments, the house has its peculiar charme. What is'nt mentioned clealy in the description: you have to bring your own towels. Two bicycles can be rented. The parking place behind the house is public but mostly available. For coffee lovers: machine is available with capsule system 'Dolce Gusto'. Small cottage with in a top location. The house was very cozy in the backyard of Ellen. We found everything we needed (spices, oil, tissues, etc.) and even got some fresh eggs. We spend two lovely days here and will come back.

It was so great! A wonderful sweet cottage surrounded by pure nature. And yet, you can get to Amsterdam Central in 30 minutes by bus. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who likes it quiet and simple but also wants to do something in the city. Albert was also very helpful with questions and totally sweet. I'd love to come back. 😍😍☺️

Everything was perfect! Coffee & tea supplied. Lovely apartment, lent us bikes foc. We used the pick up service from Amsterdam Centraal Station which was friendly, convenient & punctual. It was also good value for money. Best AirBnB so far! Thank you Bart, Elias & Renee.

There were six of us in the accommodation for a week and it was one of the best Airbnbs we've all ever stayed in. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the pictures, everything is sparkling clean and the facilities are excellent. The location is of course also a dream - both the terrace in front of the entrance door and the one behind the house have a beautiful view and you can lie wonderfully by the water and relax. The trampoline with sea view is also a highlight :) The communication was great: super fast, very friendly and we got all the information in detail in advance. This accommodation really has everything in mind and we can definitely recommend it! Only if you are afraid of spiders, you should possibly think again, because in the evening there were really a lot of larger spiders on the house. But everything has been thought of here too, there are numerous fly screens and if you are careful when ventilating, you will still have a spider-free house :)

The apartment was easy to find, and very clean. The host was very friendly and offered us flexible check-in and check-out.

We used Debby's accommodation for a short trip to the sea with the family and we were all super excited! We travelled with 4 adults, two children and our cat and the house was large enough, super clean, toys had been provided for the children and the garden with sandbox was also a dream for all of us. In 4 minutes we were with the cars by the sea and the dunes. That's exactly how we imagined it! Debby was super sweet and helpful and even helped us when we were missing an ingredient while cooking. Really a successful stay and we would definitely come back <3

We immediately felt very comfortable in Martine's cottage. From the many windows and glass doors, even in the bedroom, you have great views of nature and on the beautiful terrace there are different seating options, even overlooking a small horse paddock. The cottage is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. By bike we only had to cross the street and were directly in beautiful, bike-friendly surroundings. Martine immediately helped us with each of our concerns - we can't imagine a better host! Thanks again for everything! Also for the beautiful welcome! It's been a great time!

We are very satisfied with the accommodation! Everything was functional, and the bed was especially comfortable and spacious! As for the place itself – small, charming, and a supermarket is very close by.

We were allowed to use the wonderful accommodation of Nittert & family for four nights - we would have preferred not to leave. What a lucky strike: from the loving, detailed furnishings of all rooms, to the large, perfectly equipped kitchen and the comfortable living room, to the well-maintained, lushly planted garden, where you could sit and read in peace... Such a kind of hospitality is not a matter of course. We were happy and grateful and very enthusiastic :-) We'd be happy to come back anytime!
