In front of it is a large swimming pool for guests only, available from May 25 to October 30. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, a hairdryer, an iron, and towels. The rooms are spacious and can accommodate five guests. The apartment is air-conditioned and has new furniture. The host can do laundry free of charge upon request. There is only one apartment for guests.
