Holiday rentals with a patio in Siniscola

We had a lovely stay here. The view alone makes it all worth it! It was clean, well furnished and Antonello was quick to address any issues. We had a lovely stay!

Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Heaven, I came to Christian's lodge solo, I needed to rest and that's exactly what i got. The place is so quiet, just the birds and the pigs to keep you company. I was there for the first 2 nights completely alone. Orosei is only a 5 minute drive away with lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The closest beaches are 10 minutes away. The entire coast is beautiful, right down the Orosei gulf. Christian is a wonderful host, so welcoming, one day I worked from the accommodation on the communal tables outside and he brought me an espresso, so kind and thoughtful. The room itself is well equipped, i made myself lunch each day and cooked one of the evenings. I really hope to be back one day. Carlo was always super friendly and attentive. It's a house that has been converted into two apartments, and we stayed on the top floor. At all times it seemed beautiful and clean, there was everything. We bought food but left some things, but they were in the apartment like salt and oil, even after sun. He gave us a set of clean towels. A very cozy apartment, I felt right at home at all times and very well maintained. It is in a small area, but very close to beautiful beaches and very quiet, the people in the area are very friendly and at the entrance there is a bar that at night becomes a great restaurant for some very tasty homemade pizzas. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, air conditioning and even a washing machine that I didn't use. Overall, a beautiful experience that I would repeat again, and well, not only to get to the apartment, but to get around the island you have to have a car, to get around. The roads are better than I thought and people don't drive badly.

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

Beautiful refurbished traditional country house in a very peaceful location between the olive trees, the mountains and close to the beach. We were given a warm welcome by Maria Francesca and her husband and great recommendations.

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

We had a great time at Elias' accommodation in Baunei! The apartment is super spacious and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything was also available for our one-year-old son and there was a lot to discover. The terrace and garden were a dream! Elias was available with advice and action, gave great tips and always responded super quickly. The location in Baunei was also great, everything was right on the doorstep and yet it was nice and quiet. We highly recommend the accommodation 😊 thank you for everything!

We loved Andrea’s place, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, centrally located. We felt at home and will definitely miss it!

A beautiful and peaceful spot with an incredible view. You will need a car to go into the main town and buy groceries but there is a lovely coastal walk with some nice beaches close by. Maria was a very helpful and responsive.

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

My husband and I stayed for five nights. There were so many great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Very easy to access everything. A lovely walk to either Marina in Porto Cervo. The home has incredible views, is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Impossible to capture how pretty it is in pictures. Laura is available to answer questions and responds immediately to texts. We used as many of her suggestions for beaches, shopping and restaurants as we had time to fit in. We would love to come back and continue exploring her suggestions. I cannot think of anything that could be improved! Thank you!

We liked Marco's accommodation very much! Even in advance, we were warmly looked after by Christine, his manager – with a lot of commitment, great tips and fast communication. Among other things, we were allowed to check in earlier, received recommendations and received a detailed description of the way to the accommodation. The apartment was well equipped and we liked it – we were especially pleased with the wine and water provided as a welcome - a nice gesture! The location is great: beach, restaurants, supermarket and ice cream parlours are within walking distance – we could often leave the car behind. Near the harbour, you have to expect a few mosquitoes, but that hardly bothered us. A huge thank you to Christine, who always responded quickly, kindly and warmly – that's not a given! You can tell that the focus here is on people. 🙏🏻

An all-round perfect accommodation for our family holiday in Sardinia. The apartment is quiet, but restaurants and a supermarket are within easy reach. The large garden with a turtle was particularly beautiful – our son was thrilled. The apartment is well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The covered outdoor area was perfect for dining and relaxing and significantly expanded the living space. Graziella, the landlady, was very helpful and had great recommendations for child-friendly beaches. A real plus: on the day of departure, we were allowed to stay until the evening – a great relief with a child. We would come back. A clear recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet and family-friendly apartment.

The accommodation is clean, tidy and has everything you need for a few days. It is very charmingly furnished and offers a unique view! Communication was easy and straightforward via Airbnb. When we arrived, Gian Marco was already waiting for us and showed us everything. He couldn't speak English, but with Google Translate and a few hand signals, we were still able to communicate. However, when loading/unloading luggage, it should be noted that you cannot park directly in front of the accommodation, but you can park briefly (access road very steep and narrow) and the stairs up to the apartment are also quite narrow. Nevertheless, definitely recommended!

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.
