Monthly Rentals in Singing Sands

The house is a bit old, but overall very cozy and comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit—such a nice surprise to find that the host had already prepared firewood for us, which made our stay even more enjoyable! The location is fantastic, especially if you're planning a trip to Flowerpot Island—it's very close. It's also right next to Singing Sands Beach, which is super convenient. The host was very friendly and responsive, always happy to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated the hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at Matt’s lakefront cottage! The view was absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, both indoors and outdoors. We especially enjoyed the outdoor BBQ, cozy campfire area, and kayaking right from the shore. Inside, the entertainment options kept us just as happy, and the kitchen was a real highlight with modern appliances and even a water filter (such a thoughtful touch). This place truly has it all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, comfortable, and well-equipped getaway!

The property is amazing-water sports, board games, lawn games, fire pit, bbq, tv, and just peace and serenity! Truly this place is a gem and is absolutely the place to relax and unwind. Del is truly a southern gentlemen. Highly responsive and is truly concerned that you have an unbelievable stay. Takes his time during the orientation to provide clear instructions and address any questions you may have. He is absolutely a lovely person and truly made our stay unbelievable. He is a 10/10 but Tam the loveliest Airedale Terrier is a 11/10 (dogs always steal the show). Please ask to pet him, amazing beautiful doggy. Del also provides complimentary breakfast sandwiches which are a delite, delivered to your door in the morning. I could not have asked for a better host and a better place to be in Tobermory!
