Die ca. 87m² große Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad wurde 2022 komplett renoviert. Die Räume sind hell und modern gestaltet und haben alle große Fenster mit Blick in den Garten. Dieser bietet mit Holzsauna*, beheiztem Whirlpool*, Grill, Feuerstelle, Hängematte und überdachter Terrasse viele Möglichkeiten der Erholung und dies zu jeder Jahreszeit.(*gegen Gebühr)

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Dies ist die Erdgeschosswohnung (EG) in unserem schön gelegenen Haus in Tengen. Der Bau aus dem Jahr 1820 ist als erhaltenswertes Gebäude im Ensemble der Altstadt eingestuft. Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

Klein und gemütlich ist unser Apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 qm), das nur ein paar Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit Badeplatz entfernt liegt. Mit schönem Blick in den alten Schlosspark, genießt Du hier ein paar ruhige Tage am See. Dabei stehen Dir im Haus auch Hallenbad, Sauna oder Tischtennisraum zur Verfügung. Vielleicht schon bis bald? A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
