Welcome to our farm! The shepherd's wagon "Gustl" is located in the eastern district of Rosenheim. "Gustl" stands on paved ground overlooking the beautiful green with walnut and apple trees and flowering shrubs. With a little luck, Pionella and Seppi, the two Haflingers, will graze right outside the window. Lake Simssee with a public lawn and jetty is about 400 m away. "Gustl" offers all fun-loving, dear and nice people a cozy and comfortable accommodation.

The cozy apartment (43 square meters) with private entrance is located on the 2nd floor of a listed courtyard within walking distance of Lake Simssee. The farm is located in the Riedering district of Beuerberg directly on the main road towards Prien am Chiemsee. The living room with kitchenette and sofa bed is connected by an open staircase to the sleeping area (double bed) (no door). The large garden with seating can also be used.

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.
