During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

You can reach the small cozy apartment with private bathroom on the second floor of a historic courtyard via a separate external staircase. Here you can find everything you need: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), Kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet The outside staircase is large enough that you can also use it as a small balcony or you can simply go into the large garden, which is available to all guests and me.

The spacious 4-room apartment with well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms is located in the attic of a listed courtyard. The cozy living/dining room leads to a large balcony (south-facing) with views of the mountains. Lake Simssee is within walking distance and invites you to swim and linger. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and can also be used. Via the staircase in the former threshing floor you enter the apartment on the 2nd floor with private entrance

Die drei ganz neuenTiny-Häuser liegen in einer kleinen ruhigen Ortschaft nahe dem Simsee. In der Umgebung lassen sich viele Ausflüge zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu den umliegenden Seen machen, zwischen typisch bayrischer Landschaft. Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Vom Bahnhof Bad Endorf sind es ca 50 Min nach München bzw. Salzburg.

The cozy apartment (43 sqm) with its own entrance is located on the 1st floor of a listed courtyard within walking distance of Lake Simssee. The farm is located in the Riederinger district of Beuerberg directly on the main road towards Prien am Chiemsee. The living space with kitchenette and sofa bed is connected to the sleeping area (double bed) by an open staircase (no door). The large garden with seats can also be used.

Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

The Asbichlerhof is a single farm with a wonderful secluded location in a district near Hirnsberg. Bad Endorf and the Chiemgau thermal baths are about 8 minutes by car. The closest train station is also in Bad Endorf on the Munich – Salzburg train line. Hikes, for example, to the Ratzinger Höhe with a view of Lake Chiemsee or bike tours in the area are possible at any time.
