Monthly Rentals in Simonton Cove

The apartment was lovely. Only one thing caught us by surprise…there was no heat vent in the small bedroom, so we had to keep the bedroom door open to allow heat from the rest of the apartment to move into that bedroom at night. The neighborhood is nice and pleasant to walk around and having the beach just down the street was great. We were able to get to Portland easily and grocery stores, etc were convenient to get to.

What a wonderful place in a lovely neighborhood. The condo exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful in person. We had a comfortable, happy stay with our small children. Scratch Bakery and an ice cream parlor are right across the street! And the book collection was great. Highly recommend!

I really loved staying here, the loft is private and has a cozy warm vibe (loved the skylights and deck!), I felt extremely safe here as a solo traveler and really felt at home. Everything is well thought out & equipped (parking & laundry!). Glenn & Mary Jane are kind, lovely people as well, and the beach is magical!
