Holiday houses in Simmesjön

We stayed one night with our two girls during our travel between Stockholm and Denmark. We were very happy to find this charming house and surrounding.

A beautiful, spacious house in a fantastically quiet location, walking distance to the fine sandy beach. In about 5–10 minutes you can reach the magnificent beach behind the dunes, right next to a campsite with a great large playground – ideal for children. Mona's house is nicely decorated, so we felt at home from the first moment. We were particularly enthusiastic about the open, lovingly furnished kitchen and the spacious living area, which invites you to linger. The house also includes a large garden with terrace – perfect for cozy barbecues in the warm months. A real highlight is the direct view over the field to the sea. There were beautiful reddish sunsets. Mona was very friendly and helpful and sent us a lot of useful information about the area in advance, which made our vacation planning much easier:) The house has everything you need. We were two families, 4 adults and 4 children, on a wonderful winter holiday at Stefan's house. We felt very welcome when we arrived at a heated house. The house is very spacious, clean and with a great view to a beautiful lake. Stefan had sent beforehand great instructions around the house, the route there, and the area. There are nice facilities both inside and outside the house, and we really enjoyed the sauna right by the lake. We also had a day skiing at Mullsjö Alpin. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly and flexible host. The house was very cosy and it lays in the middle of the nature. Everything is as described. We felt welcome and at home in the cottage.

We spent almost two weeks in Alvasjö with a family of 8. The place is nothing less than magic. A lovely house, renovated just the way it should be, leaving the historic parts and gently adding modern needs. Sara and Ed were really helpful, always there when needed and very easy to contact. Excellent communication. The area is beautiful, went canoeing, rowing, fishing, mountainbiking, SUP, hiking, Sauna ob the lake, mushroom and blueberry picking. It was not „just another holiday“, it was more than what we all dreamed of when it comes to „holiday in Sweden“. Will certainly come back, a must go when you want to experience a comfortable and exciting holiday in the middle of wonderful swedish nature. Many many thanks for everything, Sara and Ed!

We were 2 families; 4 adults and 5 children who stayed in Lena & Daniels place. The house was amazing and we felt right at Home. All amentities that we needed were there and it was definitely over our expectations. We will definitely come back again. 💫💫

We had an exceptional experience staying with Mario's place, who is a super host! He was quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. We spent 1 night and 2 days in the camper, and it was amazing. The view from the camper is really good, providing a beautiful backdrop for our stay. Mario provided full instructions about the camper and was always available if we needed anything. We enjoyed a BBQ on the upper deck, which offered an incredible view. He even allowed us an early check-in, making our arrival smooth and convenient. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and very relaxing. It’s a great place for families too. My daughter loved playing on the trampoline and in the separate kids' playhouse. She had a fantastic time! Overall, our experience was exceptional. We are definitely coming again!

We had a great vacation at Linnea's house. It had everything we needed. The location is great, right on the lake, very quiet, you are really secluded and have your peace. We were out and about a lot with the two small boats on the lake and enjoyed the sun in the garden. We will be happy to come back!

We booked the house for 5 weeks as accommodation for our installation at a company in Gothenburg. Since we wanted to take care of ourselves and also wanted to sit together for a cold drink in the evening, we were looking for an apartment. Ina and her family treated us very well at all times and also helped immediately if we needed it. You could write her a message at any time and they responded quickly. The house is spacious and very clean. There is everything you need to live and cook and also much more. Wood was always provided to use the oven. The view from the house was wonderful! If we go to this company again, I would be delighted if Ina would host us again. Clear recommendation !
