House holiday rentals in Simius

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every night we had a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

Located in a peaceful, quiet area, the villa is a great place to unwind. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Porto Sa Ruxi - it is one of the nicest beaches we have been to in Sardinia. Villasimius and the nearest store are literally 5 minutes by car, so everything is on hand. Outside there is a patio with a grill and a large table. The kitchen was very well equipped, we had nothing missing. In general, the whole experience was wonderful. Best wishes, host Michele, who was very helpful :) we will definitely be back!!

Very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need. Outdoor space with a nice manicured lawn, plants, barbecue, outdoor shower, sink and washing machine. Large porch with a nice table. Quiet area, relaxation guaranteed. 10 minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Sun loungers, beach chairs and umbrellas are available! I am happy to have met Teresina and her family. Thank you for the welcome and we hope to be able to return!

Great place to stay, wonderful beaches in close proximity, great little city only 5 minutes by car with great restaurants and shops. A very practical house for 2 couples or a family with children, and an ideal setting to enjoy the sea.

The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers a wonderful view over the bay, was very clean and quiet. We were already happy with the air conditioning at the end of May, as it was humid and warm. With the bicycles you can quickly reach Villasinius, the Spiaggia giunta, on Cap Carbonara. The nearest beach can be reached quickly on foot. We ate well and plentifully at the Villa Beach restaurant, it is nearby.

The apartment is very comfortable, it is separate from the main street and protected by a garden, so you have peace and privacy. At the same time, in just 10 minutes on foot, you can be in the centre of Villasimius or on the beach. Giulia and Massimo were very courteous and quick in all communications and available with our late check-in. Recommended

We had a great stay. The apartment is very centrally located in Villasimius, so you can reach everything on foot. Communication with Nunzio was perfect. He was always available and gave us many good recommendations (beaches, restaurants, etc.). We will definitely be back 🤩

After countless trips in recent years, I can say with certainty that Fabrizio's accommodation is our absolute winner and an all-round perfect accommodation. Everything is super clean and new, fully air-conditioned, well-equipped and the panoramic view from both the living room and the bedroom to the turquoise sea is unbeatable. It is absolutely quiet and on the roof terrace you can see all the constellations at night, as there is no light pollution. The entrance was perfect for our large rental car/SUV. After 5-10 minutes by car, you are at the most beautiful beaches, boat rentals or restaurants. Here, too, Fabrizio recommended a steakhouse where we got really good T-bone steaks. We will definitely come back, absolutely perfect 🤞🏻
