We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

We had an outstanding stay at Villa Stella Marina. The communication with Matty was excellent both before and during our stay. Everything was well organized so we only met Matty for check-in and check-out, but he was making sure at all times in a very unobtrusive manner that everything was to our liking. The house itself lived up to the description in every way. The location is outstanding. The view is fantastic. In addition to the private pool, there is a larger communal pool for further fun. The description refers to the 65 steps - a small price to pay for such an amazing view. All in all, a successful stay that was not tarnished by anything. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Villa Stella Marina. Grazie mille.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Casa fantastica. Posizione perfetta . privacy assoluta. Esperienza ultra positiva: la casa e’ a meno di 4 minuti di auto dallo spot kitesurf di Si Gideu. Ritornerò’ sicuramente: casa tenuta benissimo,pulitissima, perfettamente accessoriata di tutto cio’ che necessita una permanenza. Grazie mille all’host per le info chiarissime su come raggiungere l’abitazione.

We had an absolutely outstanding stay. The house was incredibly clean, very spacious, and comfortable in every way. One of the highlights was the garden—truly one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Every corner was perfectly curated and impeccably maintained. The pool was lovely and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The host, Paolo, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, and his family was just as welcoming and kind. Any time I had a question, he was quick to answer and always helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the property was simple to find. All in all, this was a perfect stay. I genuinely have no complaints and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing and high-quality stay. I’d love to come back!

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt verbracht. Sowohl das Haus wie der Standort Torre delle Stelle eignen sich dazu sehr. Torre delle Stelle als Standort gute Wahl auch ggü anderen umliegenden Dörfern aufgrund Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Fischhändler ist mega und ist auch bei Restaurants aus der Umgebung beliebt und es lohnt sich da früh hinzugehen. Die Sicht aus dieser Immobilie über das Meer sind einmalig und überwältigend. Einen Sonnenuntergang mit Abendröte haben wir auch erlebt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, aber schon etwas älter. Grill und Swimming Pool sind wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Auf der Veranda kann man gut verweilen. Gastgeberin ist sehr sympatisch und reagierte innert Minuten auf Bedürfnisse. dh insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Michele. Un plateau apéritif vous attend à l'arrivée, très sympathique. Superbe vue mer et montagne depuis la terrasse. Appartement spacieux. Michele a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. A recommander.

My friend and I really loved our stay. The views are just unbelievable. Watching the sunset every night was a gift. The main bed has a very good mattress. The water pressure in the shower was divine. I believe we were the first guests of the season there, so a few items were needed and Barbara was super responsive. I would 100% recommend this place. It’s small. It’s so peaceful. And it’s right in the heart of all of the amazing beaches, yet just five minutes from town. Perfetto!

Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Urlaub. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist erstklassig. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Nur ein paar Treppen hinunter. Der Strand ist wirklich wunderschön und wenig frequentiert. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist was Besonderes. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben wirklich nichts vermisst. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neu und hochwertig und die Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann wunderbar schlafen, das Schlafzimmer ließ sich komplett abdunkeln. Die Bilder geben den Zustand der Wohnung eins zu eins wieder. Was wir aber besonders hervorheben möchten, was Stefano, der Co-Host. Er war immer zur Stelle, wenn man etwas benötigt hat und hat sich auch von selbst immer wieder gemeldet, ob irgendetwas fehlt. Er hat uns sogar angeboten unter e-Auto bei sich im Haus privat laden zu lassen und uns dorthin zu fahren. Wir hatten noch nie einen so guten Host in einer Ferienwohnung. Grazie mille Stefano! Es war wirklich sehr schön.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Wir haben 10 Tage in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man wohnt auf einem riesigen Grundstück ohne störende Nachbarn, gleichzeitig sind zahlreiche Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Roberto ist ein toller Gastgeber mit ganz viel Herz, einen besseren hatten wir noch nie! Gerade nach unserer ersten Woche in Costa Paradiso, mit Vermietern die so gar nicht paradiesisch waren, tat das besonders gut. Er hat uns immer wieder mit guten Tipps und Empfehlungen versorgt. Auf jede Frage hat er schnell reagiert und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Herzlichen Dank! Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

This place is great. Clean and practical and the location is right across the road from the beach with some great restaurants in wallkng distance. I definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

If you’re looking for an authentic experience off the beaten path, but a short drive to great beaches, superstores, and 30 minutes to Cagliari, then this is the place! A tranquil property with beautiful citrus tree groves (we picked lemons and oranges daily!), and a home filled with love and character, built by previous generations of Vittoria’s family. She and her sister were flexible with our check-in, met us personally, recommended a restaurant for dinner & where to shop the next day, and even took our sons in-hand to show them the gardens. Over the next few days, we drove <30 minutes to incredible beaches. Vittoria has some great recommendations. Kitchen well-stocked. Beds comfortable. My only watch-out is the stairs to the 2nd floor are a little rickety. For the young and/or the elderly, it may be a little challenging. The listing is correct - you need a car. For those renting, remember to get an international drivers license! Needed for many rental agencies.

Villetta pulitissima , funzionale e dotata di tutto il necessario. Spazio esterno con un bel prato curato , piante, barbecue, doccia esterna, lavandino e lavatrice. Portico grande con un bel tavolo. Zona tranquilla, relax garantito. 10 minuti di macchina dalle più belle spiaggie della zona. A disposizione lettini, spiaggine e ombrellone! Sono felice di aver conosciuto Teresina e la sua famiglia . Grazie dell'accoglienza e speriamo di poter tornare !

Great place to stay, wonderful beaches in close proximity, great little city only 5 minutes by car with great restaurants and shops. We are especially amazed by our hosts, the communication was smooth and they are extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions.. Thank you so much, we hope to visit again in the future 😊👍

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa vacanza a Simius e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La casa è moderna, ben attrezzata e pulitissima. È dotata di tutti i comfort: aria condizionata, barbecue, alimentatore per dispositivi elettronici e un bel terrazzino dove abbiamo spesso mangiato all’aperto. Il quartiere è tranquillo e sicuro, ideale per rilassarsi. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi minuti dal mare e comoda per raggiungere negozi e ristoranti. Un ringraziamento speciale agli host, Michele e Arianna: perfetti in tutto, accoglienti e sempre disponibili. La pulizia della casa era impeccabile. Ci torneremmo volentieri e la consigliamo vivamente!

A very practical house for 2 couples or a family with children, and an ideal setting to enjoy the sea.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bietet eine herrliche Sicht über die Bucht, war sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir waren schon Ende Mai über die Klimaanlage froh, da es schwül warm war. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell in Villasinius, zu der Spiaggia giunta, am Cap Carbonara. Zu Fuss ist der nächste Strand schnell zu erreichen. Im Restaurant Villa Beach haben wir gut und reichlich gegessen, es liegt in der Nähe.

L'appartamento e' molto confortevole, si trova separato dalla via principale e protetto da un giardino, quindi si ha tranquillità e privacy. Allo stesso tempo in soli 10 minuti a piedi si e' nel centro di Villasimius o in spiaggia. Giulia e Massimo sono stati molto cortesi e veloci in tutte le comunicazioni e disponibili con il nostro check in tardi. Consigliato

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral in Villasimius, so dass man fußläufig alles erreichen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Nunzio war perfekt. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns viele gute Empfehlungen (Strände, Restaurants etc) gegeben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 🤩

Nach unzähligen Reisen in den letzten Jahren kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass Fabrizios Unterkunft unser absoluter Gewinner ist und eine rundum perfekte Unterkunft. Alles ist super sauber und neu, vollklimatisiert, bestens ausgestattet und die Panoramaaussicht sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer als auch aus dem Schlafzimmer aufs türkise Meer nicht zu übertreffen. Es ist absolut ruhig und auf der Dachterasse lassen sich nachts alle Sternenbilder sehen, da es keine Lichtverschmutzung gibt. Die Einfahrt war für unseren großen Mietwagen/SUV perfekt geeignet. Nach 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man an den schönsten Stränden, Bootsvermietungen oder Restaurants. Auch hier hat uns Fabrizio ein Steakhouse empfohlen bei dem wir richtig gute T-Bone Steaks bekommen haben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, absolut perfekt 🤞🏻
