Holiday rentals with beach access in Simius

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

I stayed for 4 nights during the Easter Holiday with my boyfriend, it was perfect for what we were looking for. I especially suggest this place for the summer cause it's extremely close to the beach with many beach bars and restaurants, otherwise it's really close to the beautiful park of Molentargius where is really easy to see the Flamingos. Supermarket and Pharmacy also very close by. The fact that there are two bathrooms was also very comfortable.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Frederica's property exceeded expectations. The sundeck and it's view are gorgeous. Better than the photos. The apartment was clean, spacious, perfect for 2 couples. The beach is a short walk, with crystal clear water and soft sand. we loved this place and would definitely return.

We had a great time at Daniel's apartment. The apartment is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything was clean and Daniele was very friendly and helpful. With two children, we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful private beach with SUPs. We will be happy to come back!

Nice apartment, everything that is necessary was available. Outdoor area very nice, especially the outdoor shower convinced us. The beaches in the area (Chia, Tuerredda) are very, very nice and reachable within 10-20 minutes by car. The nice town of Pula is also easily accessible within 15 minutes and also recommended. It is not possible without a car, there are no restaurants that would be easily accessible on foot. Due to the fact that the apartment is on a hill, you can also hear the traffic from the street at night, which bothered us a little while sleeping. Otherwise everything worked out and we had a very nice stay in the area.

The location of the house is magnificent with an incredible ocean view. Seeing the sunset from the terrace is stunning. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, the bathrooms comfortable and renovated, the modern kitchen and very well equipped with everything you need. Cala Caterina beach is very quiet and practically exclusive, recommended for lounging, swimming or snorkelling. It is minutes from other wider and more beautiful beaches such as Porto Giunco, and also from Villa Simius with supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Roberto, the host of this beautiful place, was very friendly and helpful, from the first moment always attentive that we did not lack anything, really a personalized attention. We had a great vacation in this house, and it met all our expectations. We highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Andrea's house, a nice little house, with everything you need. It is a maximum of one minute walk from the beach. For me personally, the contact and exchange with Andrea was a highlight. He was great and felt constantly available, gave us super many tips and even invited us to a friend. It felt like a friendly relationship from minute one! Even when we had a medical emergency, he called the hospitals, inquired and helped us great. Dear Andrea, Thank you for the wonderful time and see you very soon!

A very friendly assistant from Stefano & Mario welcomed us at check-in. Everything shown and all well explained. The location of the house is unique, exactly as described and visible in the photos. The view of the sea is wonderful and the beach access is really very close, at most 2 minutes on foot and you are on a beautiful beach. The beach does not offer restaurants, so take a picnic with you. The house itself is very nicely furnished, it has everything you need. We were there with 3 smaller children, you just had to be very careful that nothing breaks. It has many very nice and precious decoration in the house. During the stay, Stefano was always accessible, showed us valuable tips about the surroundings and excursion options. We would book the house again immediately. Thank you Stefano and team for having us as your guests!

The stay was very pleasant. The view from the terrace is priceless. Order and cleanliness were excellent and the host was always kind and helpful. An experience to definitely be repeated.

The small house is perfectly located for relaxing beach holidays with the family. The cottage offers everything you need. The beach on the doorstep is very nice. The contact on site with Marcus was very pleasant. Marcus welcomed us personally and warmly and showed us everything. We had a wonderful time, a repeat cannot be excluded.

I came to Quartu to follow my son's regattas and the house was very close to the organizing club. Quiet area with many nearby beaches . The optimal home for a short stay. I was satisfied . Beautiful Sardinia.

The stay at Sonia's house was perfect, the house is super spacious, recently renovated and with a beautiful outdoor space that both we and our dog enjoyed! Recommended for a relaxing vacation in a quiet area but close to beautiful beaches.

This was our 2nd visit to apartment and it has been modernised, the bathroom which was really lovely. All new doors and windows and we noticed a new sofa too. We always enjoy our stay, the bed is super comfortable and have best sleep, I will miss this. The balcony is a generous size and has a lovely sea view. Nice enjoying morning coffee or aperitif of an evening gazing out to the ocean. The beach will take a 3/4 minutes to walk. All you need is catered for. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here. We felt very comfortable at Sheila’s beautiful place. The apartment was cozy, clean and we felt very safe :) Sheila is a wonderful host, great communication, very helpful and kind :) We can highly recommend Sheila’s place, also for long term stay it has everything you need :) We definitely would come back :)

The spacious, bright apartment with a great large balcony is on the 1st floor in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The apartment has everything you need including great books about Sardinia. There were three of us there and we felt comfortable. There is a good pizzeria nearby. A car is an advantage for shopping. The urban Cagliari can be reached by car, but also by bus. Cagliari airport is about 20 km away. Federico is a very friendly and helpful host. The communication with him was quick and hassle-free both for check-in and for tips and advice for the area. I'd love to come back :-).

great solution to visit the city and enjoy Poetto beach (within walking distance). Functional accommodation with large and well organized spaces. Michela is very helpful and welcoming!
