the only downside is the total absence of a phone signal,but this is a feature of the entire area from Siena to Volterra, etc.If I can give a tip, maybe a small TV in the room or in the kitchen and strengthen the WIFI signal. For the rest, everything is fine

We loved staying at Sylvia's. Great location, and beautiful property in the middle of tuscany.

We felt right at home in the old farmhouse. The house was big enough for our family of 7 with room for more even! The outdoor space was perfect for our kids. Lots of space to run and the horse and donkey were also a hit with the kids! It was drivable to many local places like San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence, plus great vineyards and local eateries! Guilio was so helpful and made our stay easy. He was available quickly if we needed anything and on the property often working. We would definitely stay again!

This is absolutely the best accommodation we’ve been living in during the travel in Italy. 200% highly recommended. if you’re driving, the location is accessible. The place is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature. The house is well equipped. Everything is neat and clean. The warm welcome drink and little cake is so surprising. We will definitely comeback again and visit this area
