Monthly Rentals in Simi Valley

Dear Lorraine, Thank you so much for being such a wonderful and helpful host. This was our second stay at your place, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Both of the homes we stayed in were charming and delightful. The house was spotless, comfortable, and cozy. We truly appreciate your prompt communication and humble approach. We will definitely choose you again for our future stays.

We enjoyed our stay. We left early and returned late and never felt we were imposing. Hardly heard our hosts. We appreciated the reserved parking space off the street. Plenty of towels. We were there to help our oldest son and his family celebrate 8th grade and 12th grade graduations and it proved a peaceful retreat about 10 minutes from their place. Perfect. The full kitchen allowed us to do some preparations and do some storage of food dishes for a grad party for 60 people when our son's refrigerator would hold no more. Again, perfect. Thanks to Chris and Shannon.

I had a wonderful time at Ned’s place. He was very helpful throughout my stay, always communicative and responsive to my messages. I would definitely love to stay there again.

We stayed at Cookie’s place while in town for a field hockey tournament and it had everything we needed! The location was convenient, it was clean & spacious, and had lots of great touches—coffee, cold filtered water, access to laundry & plenty of parking. We’ll definitely be back! :)
