Magnolia cottage is a charming family home located in a peaceful neighborhood, close to all that our beautiful area has to offer. Minutes from California Lutheran University, Moorpark College & the Ronald Reagan Library . With quick access to freeways, our cottage is 40 minutes to Malibu beaches or breathtaking drives into the canyons and Ojai . There are wonderful hiking/biking trails surrounding the property and shops and restaurants all within comfortable walking distance of the cottage.

Spacious 1,100 sqft guest house has crown moldings throughout. It provides comfort, and privacy of a home away from home. Bedrooms are well appointed and have sufficient closet spaces. Cute cozy kitchen has granite counter top, refrigerator, stove & oven, cabinets. it is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups and all kitchen necessities. One bedroom and living area has laminate flooring. One bedroom has tile floor. The bathroom has granite flooring & a comfy shower .

Farm Stay

This is a VERY unique experience, it combines tree house and tiny house with farm stay and you'll be in the middle of an orchard in a newer structure that is built VERY strong, level and with attention to detail. We've had many guests tell us that our Airbnb is by far the best they've been to and our treehouse was rated within the top 7 in SoCal.....it's also the only tree house that a noted author said he would want to return to after visiting over 30 tree houses.

Resort Oasis

This is a gorgeous 500 sq foot pool house with chef’s kitchen. Full access to pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and all the various garden areas on 1/3 of an acre. It is a large detached studio great for up to 2 guests. It’s located on a quiet cul de sac. If you’d like to have a special event or film on the property, we charge on a hourly basis depending on the number of guests and event type.
