If you are looking for a peaceful time cuddling very cute cats and breathing fresh air in beautiful surroundings, you are at the right place. We had a great time in the nature and found this little house very homely.

“Soggiorno perfetto in una casa meravigliosa!” Siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti di questa casa: tutto è stato pensato nei minimi dettagli per garantire comfort e relax. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, ben organizzato e arredato con gusto. Ogni cosa aveva il suo posto, e si percepiva una grande cura da parte degli host. Letti comodi, cucina attrezzata, spazi funzionali e accoglienti – ci siamo sentiti come a casa fin dal primo momento. Anche i piccoli dettagli (prodotti utili, angoli curati, atmosfera familiare) hanno fatto davvero la differenza. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata impeccabile: gentilezza, disponibilità e rapidità nelle risposte. Sicuramente torneremo e consiglieremo questo posto ai nostri amici. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

L'alloggio si Nazarena, è spazioso luminoso e pulito, conforme alla descrizione, ha tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, consigliatissimo. Grazie di tutto.

Amelia e Kevin sono stati molto discreti, ma erano comunque sempre nel loro alloggio se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata, pulita. C'è di tutto, la cucina è super attrezzata, pentole di altissima qualità, robot da cucina, bicchieri e calici di ogni genere. Ci hanno lasciato il pane appena fatto, del latte e altre cose. Inoltre viste le temperature avevo chiesto dell' acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e siamo stati soddisfatti. Le camere sono tutte bellissime, letti molto comodi. Il salotto con l'home teather è un valore aggiunto. La piscina a sfioro bellissima, luci che creano atmosfera. Insomma le foto rispecchiano la realtà, anzi poi trovarsi lì è anche meglio. Se avete bisogno di staccare dal caos questo posto fa per voi...la notte non si sente un solo rumore. Grazie ad Amalia e Kevin sempre sorridenti e gentili. Spero di tornare!

Casale a dir poco stupendo! Dotato di ogni comfort, dall’aria condizionata a ogni possibile utensile per cucina, per non parlare delle dotazioni extra fornite in ogni bagno o all’interno dell’area lavanderia. Arredamento originale, moderno, ricercato ed elegante. Spazio esterno da sogno! Vista mozzafiato, un intero frutteto con prodotti 100% biologici a nostra completa disposizione. Vincenzo è un host discreto e riservato ma sempre presente e disponibile all’occorrenza. Apprezzatissimi i suoi consigli su attività, ristoranti e posti da visitare nei dintorni. Al nostro arrivo ci ha omaggiato con una bottiglia di una cantina locale e con dell’ottimo olio abruzzese. Il nostro Golden Retriever ha adorato lo spazio esterno, giardino super curato e vista mozzafiato a 360º, alba e tramonti spettacolari. Soluzione perfetta per chi fugge dal caos della città e cerca un soggiorno di totale relax. Mancherebbe solo una bella piscina dopodiché sarebbe la casa dei sogni! Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Simonettas Unterkunft. Sie empfing uns ganz freundlich, gab uns sehr viele Tipps und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Die schöne Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben auch die Lage sehr genossen, denn der Strand ist fast vor der Haustür und das Zentrum ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Alles in allem war es für uns die perfekte Unterkunft und wir würden sie 100% weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer schönen Wohngegend von Pescara, der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Der Pinienpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Außengestaltung ist wunderbar, Tisch, Stühle, Sonnenschirm und eine superbequeme Hängematte. Innen ists klein, aber fein. Marco und seine Familie sind tolle und nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Wünsche sind sofort erfüllt worden. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und wäre gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Auf jeden Fall werde ich wiederkommen!

La casa è bellissima, super ordinata e minimal.. a cinque minuti a piedi dal mare.. zona tranquilla con ottimi ristoranti.. host sempre reattivo e amichevole.. con check in e out super flessibili.. torneremo sicuramente.. esperienza super ottima

Everything was extremely clean, I could see that it is a priority for the host. Lola was very nice and helpful. I recommend going by bus until the bus stop that it's 200m from the AirBnB or going bu taxi/own car just to avoid via Lago di Capestrano, which is very close and not the safest one. However, the neighborhood of the AirBnB is good and I felt relatively safe.

Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. Molto pulito e ordinato. Per soggiorni brevi è assolutamente l'ideale (visto anche il basso costo).

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana rilassante in questo angolo di Abruzzo. L'appartamento è come descritto, abbiamo apprezzato specialmente la terrazza che lo circonda quasi del tutto . La spiaggia di ciotoli dista circa 700 mt. da casa ed è molto tranquilla. A 5 minuti di auto, per chi ama la spiaggia attrezzata, può trovare sia Roseto che Pineto . Roberto è un host molto disponibile , ci ha fornito 2 bici per spostarci.

Un appartement avec absolument tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour confortable. Un équipement complet en excellent état. Des produits d'hygiène corporelle ainsi que ménagers et des condiments de base dans la cuisine. Nous y avons séjourné pendant deux semaines et nous y sentions comme à la maison. Un emplacement central parfait proche des plages, restaurants et tous commerces. Tout est parfaitement accessible sans voiture mais si vous en avez une la place de parking privée se situe juste devant! La terrasse est absolument appréciable et le tout est très calme la nuit. Bruno est un hôte extrêmement aimable et dévoué!! Une délicate attention nous attendais au frais à l'arrivée, très appréciée!! Nous recommandons amplement et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Chiara’s place is clean and cozy. The host are friendly and very welcoming. We especially like the terrace, great place to relax and soak up the sun. It is on the busier streets, so there are streets noise and trains sounds, but the location is convenient.

Fabrizio si è dimostrato un ottimo host, disponibile ed amichevole. l'appartamento è andato oltre le nostre aspettative, molto ampio anche per una famiglia di 5 persone come la nostra. complimenti!!

Worte reichen nicht um zu beschreiben wie unglaublich schön es hier ist! Es ist alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos! Raffaele & Carla sind fantastische Gastgeber und haben hier ein absolutes Paradies erschaffen. An jedes Detail gedacht und mit viel Liebe und unglaublicher Sorgfalt einen Ort geschaffen von dem man nicht mehr weg will. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum sowie auch die Aussicht zu Bergen und Meer! Die apartments mit wirklich allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Außerdem haben sie uns die tollsten tips für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben und waren immer zur Stelle wenn wir etwas brauchten. Wir planen jetzt schon den nächsten Urlaub nächstes Jahr hier! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Great place to stay with my girlfriends for our little beach trip. Within walking distance to the beach, and centre of town. Couple of supermarkets nearby, plenty of space, two bathrooms, extremely clean. Needing a little TLC as property is an old Italian style apartment, but couldn’t fault it really. Excellent! The hosts are around the corner, easy to communicate with, beautiful and quiet. Large American style fridge freezer, kitchen has everything you need. They left some breakfast for us, water in the fridge, and what strike me the most the apartment was extremely clean!!!!! Large balcony, blackout rail in shades.. You won’t be disappointed! Enjoy

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and good at English. He was always happy to help—whether it was giving recommendations for must-see places, the best restaurants, or the most beautiful beaches. Whenever I needed anything, I could always reach out to Raffaele, who went out of his way to assist. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great experience. If you’re looking for a place with excellent hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Location is superb. Apartment is small and comfortable. There are some steps to get to the apartment and some steps within. Also some ceiling is low. All fine for people of normal height with no disabilities. We completely enjoyed our stay and recommend Fabio and this place. Thank you

It was a wonderful weekend ( we immediately regretted that it was so short). Right from the start we were wonderfully looked after, Francesca was already waiting for us on the street, checking that we were ok. Thanks to her warm welcome despite my health problems, I knew straight away that it was going to be wonderful. Flat great, clean, spacious, 2 bathrooms!!! Water, magdalens, coffee everything is there to start the day well. Super fragrant toiletries in the shower, large towels. Sea view from the balcony.... Close to the beach. I recommend with all my heart and Francesca and the flat. We will 100% come back.😍🥰😍🥰

Delizioso appartamento curato nei dettagli che mostra l’evidente passione per le cose belle di chi lo gestisce. C’è anche un ampio terrazzo che, essendoci io stato d’inverno, non ho potuto utilizzare ma che d’estate si presenterà come un ampio salone esterno. Il contesto condominiale è signorile, moderno e, soprattutto, molto tranquillo. Manlio è stato un host strepitoso e super disponibile che fa sentire subito a proprio agio l’ospite col suo sorriso accattivante e sincero. Ci ritornerò di sicuro!

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e sono rimasta davvero soddisfatta! La casa è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. La cucina è perfetta, con tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare comodamente. È stato davvero piacevole trovare prodotti essenziali come sale, olio, zucchero e spezie, che hanno reso la mia esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non dover pensare a comprare tutto il necessario per cucinare è stato un vero plus. La posizione è ideale, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort e praticità!
