We have had the privilege of staying in Dinos apartment. I find the accommodation homey and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our days in the apartment. Dino was an outstanding host in everything from the initial instructions on how to get there, where to find the parking, etc., until we left the apartment. He was very quick to respond to questions. He also offered us to borrow bikes so we could go a good bit south along the beach promenade. I would like to come back again.

Great place, perfect location

We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and ideally located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia, was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. I recommend this place with my eyes closed! Thanks again for everything 🥰

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

Roberto is an impeccable host. Always available, kind and creates a friendly and extremely polite relationship from the start. The SuperAttico is exactly as described with a beautiful view of Grottammare. Also highly recommended for the excellent tips Roberto can give on what to see, what to do, catering and neighbouring services. We will definitely be back.

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. The apartment is very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and more. I highly recommend.

Romina was a wonderful hostess. She was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and even took us to the bus station for our return. She had pizza and pastries waiting for us as it was a late arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. They have taken care to ensure you are very comfortable. We felt right at home. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Was very convenient for walking around central Lanciano. We can’t thank Romina enough for all her kindness. Will be looking forward to a return to this apartment and Lanciano.

Francesca was very helpful from beginning to end, the apartment was very clean and in a quiet street, considering you are in the centre of Pescara. Always hot water available, air con was very efficient, no problems with any appliances and had everything you needed. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very firm for me, but no other complaints at all. We would definitely return and contact Francesca for a softer pillow (we only stayed 4 nights)

Sara's apartment was well beyond expectations! Everything is perfectly in order and clean; the differences can also be appreciated in the smallest details such as the supplies in the bathroom and kitchen of products not from discount stores but of excellent quality, first aid kit, essential oils and attached diffuser, Wi-Fi. The very bright apartment is located in a quiet area, served by an excellent garage and a large free parking lot in front of the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, balcony that offers the possibility of dining outdoors or simply enjoying a little relaxation. Sara is definitely a very attentive host and always available. I will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Chieti.

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.

Very quiet area, very nice and spacious accommodation, with private parking and equipped with all comforts. Bronis is a perfect Host. Very helpful and attentive to guests very positive experience.

This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.

Extremely positive experience. Serena was impeccable both in the phase before our stay, with timely and accurate information, and during the stay, making us feel at home in everything. We only stayed two days as the "queue" of a vacation in Puglia and we were able to appreciate all the comforts of the apartment and the facilities in the area: beach, pine forest, restaurants,... Definitely recommend!

We spent a very pleasant week in Michele's apartment, equipped with everything you need. The outdoor space is also very pleasant and organized. Michele was always very helpful in recommending us and also in welcoming us! If we go back to the area, we know where to go! Highly recommended!

What an amazing place! You find yourself in a beautiful villa, surrounded by a well groomed garden with pond with lilies and jumping cute frogs. I stayed in the attic, but Felice and his brother and dad completely renovated and modernised the place. It’s very comfortable, you have your own kitchen with everything you need, huge bathroom and bedroom. And my car was parked on the property. Hosts are very friendly, respectful and respond to all inquiries. Will definitely come back! Thank you, Felice!

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

We were very satisfied with our stay, the proximity to the beach as well as the swimming pool in the residence is an asset. Complimenting the language barrier Lorenzo was very welcoming and it was made available, the point to correct is the noise of the air conditioner both inside and the group outside that disturbed us our sleep.
