Monthly Rentals in Silver Springs

This was our third and longest stay at Ram's beautiful house. We were here to work on a property clean up and hold a memorial and it was so nice to come "home" at night. The house is nicely stocked so we are able to cook meals instead of eat out every day. Due to us doing a clean up, we had to use the washer and dryer every day and it was so nice to not go home with a bunch of dirty clothes. It was super relaxing every evening where we could unwind after a whirlwind of a day and we were able to have family over for a nice breakfast around a very nice dining table. The house is warm and welcoming and I highly recommend staying here if you have to stay in Dayton. The location is perfect access to everything. The neighbors are friendly and it's great to see kids out riding dirt bikes and having fun.

My brother and his family felt right at home from the moment they walked in. Everything was as expected. Susan was a great host. I would recommend this location to any future guests.

The Fernley AirBnB provided a much better living venue than a motel/hotel. It provided us with all the amenities required plus more; privacy, individual space and eat/in capabilities. What it $aved for us in eating out was a tremendous savings. The host was quick and prompt with our concerns and kept a very good line of communications. We would recommend this place for a small party.

Nice place with a lot of room and lots of parking!
