Monthly Rentals in Silver Springs

Our group traveled from So. Utah and Calaveras County CA to attend a family reunion. We had a wonderful time in no small part by having a great place to rest and recharge. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to access, clean and well appointed. Our host Ram was friendly, prompt, accessible,receptive and helpful. We would not hesitate to choose this location again!! Thank you Ram for helping to make our stay so enjoyable!

A vase of beautiful, fragrant pink peonies from Kimberly’s flower farm, which had been placed on the dining table, was a welcoming and thoughtful touch. The farm house is cozy and has a lot of charm and character. I only stayed for two nights while passing through the area on a road trip, and the house suited my needs. The fenced front yard was shaded by huge cottonwood trees and provided a peaceful and pleasant respite from the mid-90 degree temperature during my stay. The kitchen is adequately equipped. Least expected was the vaulted ceiling in the main bedroom, which feels spacious, and is furnished with a king size bed. Kimberly was responsive and is a gracious host.

I have had a wonderful weekend at Jamie's airbnb. The house is a little distance from the town which worked out for me great. I did see a buck out in the field today...mid afternoon. I will definitely rent again. Deborah Mullins

Sue and Joe were great hosts. If you needed something they took care of it. We stayed there for a month. The scenery is beautiful!! Waking up every morning and looking at the mountains was a joy. The BnB is quite large. Loved the big shower with many handrails. The bed was comfy. It is very quiet and private. We will definitely stay there again.
