Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Amazing Ocean Views!

First Floor beach retreat with fantastic ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail from one of the two balconies. Catch the sunrise from your bed or get up and take a stroll along the beach. Condo has been recently updated with modern appliances, including stainless steel refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and gorgeous as spa like bathrooms. Beach chairs all supplied. Guests who brings pets will be charged $25 per pet and this is non-refundable.

The Artist's Cottage

Guests must be 21 or older. Two guest max!!! Also, I get a lot of requests for small pets. Due to safety and health concerns, I cannot accommodate any pets at all. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. The person checking in must be the person that booked and the person that's name is on the account. If you are interested in booking the cottage. No smoking/vaping of anything inside cottage.

Cottage by the Lake

Cozy and peaceful cottage by Greenfield Lake, one block from Greenfield Lake and just a short walk to the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater. Downtown Wilmington, The Pointe, The Cargo District, Soda Pop District, Castle Street District and South Front District all within a five to seven minute drive. A twenty minute drive to Mayfaire Shopping Center, Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and other attractions.

The Lake Cottage

The Lake Cottage is located across the street from Greenfield Lake. It is a 3 minute walk to the Amphitheater and 9 minute walk to the Park Center with boat rental, playground, skakeboard park, and Pickleball Courts. There is a 4.5 paved trail that runs around the lake across the street. The Lake Cottage lies down its own private walkway and has a fairly-land feel about it.
